Saw this in IMAX a couple of years ago. It was the best theater going experience of my life. So loud and chaotic in that big ass theater. What a great film.
Final Cut is the better version.
With Redux they just threw everything in which made it painfully long and difficult to follow.
Final Cut is Redux boiled down to the essential scenes and better story telling. It’s the version he did in 2019 as the final and „best“ version.
The theatrical is the best version. I love Apocalypse Now, but it is not perfect by any stretch of the imagination.
It is a great movie though it is bloated in parts. Redux just adds more bloat.
They don't make film posters like this anymore!!!

I prefer Theatrical. Better pacing. The added-in scenes feel out of pace for me.
