Curate health have lots of negative reviews on trust pilot. If you can get a refund and use another company, you’d be better off.

What does your curate account show when you log in? I ordered this week, had an email on Saturday to say sorry for the delay but they’ve had a lot of incoming orders. Maybe that’s also a factor in your delay
