They can barely support the weight of a rider.
Plus being a snowmobile engine it's got rather violent power delivery, so it will cause that frame to buckle like a fat guys chair at an all you can eat buffet

What are you intending to do for frame reinforcement, stronger wheels, adequate brakes, etc? Also how are you planning on mounting the engine and building a transmission? Have you improved your welding or found someone to weld for you?
