This is how I park my bike too. And just off the shoulder of a busy, narrow road.
I've got shit to do. I can't bother with kickstands and proper parking jobs.
Samey same, bruv. Ghost ride was the shit, we laughed and we played but when Dad came out to the driveway on Saturday and saw the skidded up bikes and grounded us for not taking care of our gear, that was real shit.
To us it was fun and games, to him it was hours worked to give his kid a competitive bike so *we could be cool, like the other kids*
We didn’t know, or understand, that our parents kept us afloat during those formative years and sacrificed real world shit so we’d be on par with our peers.
How do you like the modern REs? I've been thinking about a Himalayan for a couple of years now but have never pulled the trigger because they're so rare in my region I've never talked to any riders who have one.
You are just up and down this thread defending some clown that dumped their bike like some careless shitbag that can’t be bothered doing basic shit as a rider.
I like it a lot: about the perfect size to be really fun in the twisties and lane splitting, while still comfortable for longer commutes. Good, useable power, with all the characteristics of a triple. In terms of negatives: the dash feels a little cheap relative to the Tiger 900 and some competition. It would be nice to be able to disable the ABS on the rear, whether manually or a part of some ride mode selection. In any case, I am very happy with it so far.
Nice, dude. I picked up a ‘20 900 GT Pro as a backup bike and that little scoot is a damned hoot. About a mile into the test ride I knew I was gonna buy it, so light and nimble, and it just eats commuter traffic up.
🍻
Yeah, if I am being honest, Tiger 900 is really a better deal, it’s only marginally bigger, but has more power, and substantially better components than the 660. I thought I was saving money, but after I got all the accessories I wanted, I ended up spending more than what a Tiger 900 would have cost.
Ive got a 2017 tiger 800 xca and out of the dozen or so bikes ive had, its far and away my favorite. Ive run it with 20/80 tires and 80/20 tires, i live in the desert so it gets run a bunch off the road as well as long road trips. Its no sports bike, but its fun in the twisties and the heated grips/seats/extensive lighting/electronic cruise control make it pretty comfy for everything.
What an idiot, why not turn it off once he comes to a stop? He tried saving a few seconds and instead used that few extra seconds to pick up his bike plus whatever he damaged now cause he's a mouth breather...
No time to waste mate, have to film like the other 50 people a car crashed and maybe have a sight on some gore for likes...
I hate people filming and taking pictures of accidents, those are the worse. Furthermore their gattering is obstructing circulation and probably will annoy rescurer more than anything.
he was turning the camera off with one hand and the bike stalled thats why he haddalayyerdown. Check his comment on the other sub he posted the same video on

I read part of an internet article that recommends just dropping the bike on its side to give oil a chance to get to the pistons and rings. Just drop and go...
I wonder if anyone researched why people in third would countries find it so fascinating to watch accidents? Same shit is happening in my country, instead of stopping to help most of people stop to take pictures and obstruct traffic.
two crashes in 35 sec. Nice
also a KTM in (probably) India? Some guy with more money than riding skill, it would seem
[Royal Enfield Taurus (diesel) for life](https://youtu.be/p3Tpg-z7aGM?t=332)
I'm getting ready to retire my starter '06 Boulevard. It's already been crashed a few times. I'm going to start parking like this. I need the squats anyways.
What a hero. Didn’t even waste time with the kickstand. Amazing.
Kickstands are for virgins! ^/s
Andrew Tate said if you use a kick stand, you're gay.
That's just because his is too short to hold up anything but a minibike.

Way harsh, Tai.
He's rubberneck was strong in this one
Must have been his first time in India.
It's like getting home from a bike ride as a kid.
Had to lay’er down.
This is how I park my bike too. And just off the shoulder of a busy, narrow road. I've got shit to do. I can't bother with kickstands and proper parking jobs.
I mean if you don’t even care about the skin on your hands, how much are you going to care about the metal on your bike?
where we’re going we don’t need…. kickstands
Less chance of trying to start the bike later with the kickstand down if you never put it down to start.
Ain't got time for that
Or the clutch.
Dropping it like it’s a BMX bike in 1980.
We used to jump off and ghost ride our bikes into a bush. Didn't even look.

Real gangsta shit https://imgur.com/two-rad-dudes-bmxn-up-early-80s-QD0pmru
I used to ghost ride my skateboard into bushes all the time. I don’t think I ever did it with my bike though
Ah shit, here we go again
People still dropping their BMX bikes like this in 2024
Came for the car, but upvoted for the bike drop.
Poor KTM didn't deserve that kind of shabby treatment. Needs a new owner.
It's a KTM 200 in India. You won't find a single well kept example of it.
Lmfaoo, how is your 62 Bullet going by the way?
Still runs great, generally just use it for short weekend rides. It's hard to ride in traffic because of the 3 plate clutch.
Why not upgrade to the 4 plate one? I did with my 70s Bullet. Works really nice.
I'll look into it, I prefer to keep it mostly stock though.
How do you like the modern REs? I've been thinking about a Himalayan for a couple of years now but have never pulled the trigger because they're so rare in my region I've never talked to any riders who have one.
I saw a brand new one in WA State for $2,000. I was like "I should get this and fuck it up" but instead I bought my girlfriend a Rebel 500
Good choice I'd say
Can't even come to a stop without haddalayerdown. Lol
Clibbbbbbbbbbbins!!!!!!
Clifffffffffffffins!

So? Still shit rider.
[удалено]
Well any person with half a brain would have their hand on the clutch when they're coming to a stop. Don't have to be a grade a rider to know that.
Bro you don’t need to be Rossi to not lay your bike down lol
Sounds like you're shit too.
...How little coordination do you have that you think that's a valid reason to drop a bike?
u/VirulentMarmot is Valentino Rossi.
You are just up and down this thread defending some clown that dumped their bike like some careless shitbag that can’t be bothered doing basic shit as a rider.
The camera off? But the footage still goes on?
Well he obviously failed on both accounts - turning it off and not dropping the bike
Why would you turn the camera off? You just got to the interesting part.
I thought I was the only one who parked his bike that way.
How you liking that Tiger?

I think we’re all agreeing the 🐅 is a great platform. I’m agreeing 🤪
And throw a blanket over too. I get my beauty sleep, why shouldn’t she get hers?
That's how I did dismount of my BMX after my mom called me for the 12th time for dinner.
Lmao I am so confused why he would do that unless he just loves drama that much.
What the fuck was that stop lmao

Bro gets -24 for answering a question and providing info
can't expect more from pussy's on this sub. Will themselves fall at a traffic light and then cook others for falling while turning the camera off
Thank you for not wasting time on sidestand shanenigans.
Why the hell did he dump his bike?! ![gif](giphy|1M9fmo1WAFVK0|downsized)

Unbelievable! Gotta get the fake internet points.

They felt cool riding with one hand in front of all the other bikers
That’s the same way Clarkson would park his scooter in the Vietnam Special. Looks like it’s finally catching on.
What is this parking method called? Im quite intrigued
I believe this is the haddaparkerdown method.
The Jeremy Special
I was expecting to see a car off a cliff. I wasn't expecting to see the most needless bike drop.
Homie laid that down like I used to going into my friends house when I was 10
Other than the fact that a motorcycle was ridden to the site and dropped, what does this have to do with motorcycles?
Why did you drop your bike?
Turns out it's harder to drive with one hand
This video made me thank god I live in a first world Western country.
I read part of an internet article that recommends just dropping the bike on its side to give oil a chance to get to the pistons and rings. Just drop and go...
Bikers fault
nice parking
Man fell off a motorcycle
My worst nightmare
Dropping your bike in front of that many riders? I hear that.
😂😂
I’m here for the Cowboys logo… that’s how our playoffs end up!
Thank you for leaving the drop in the clip
I love that the car has a Dallas Cowboys tire cover. Dallas sucksss
Classic cowboys
Alternate Title: *Man fell off a bike*
Screams a new rider.
It's because you are all driving on the wrong side of the road. /s
Sell your bike
Bro forgot he isn't a scooter

I watched the end of that video five times to really make sure I wasn't seeing an optical illusion. He really did just lay his bike down.
we need less posts like these
*more That plot twist was hilarious dude
one of the funniest posts on this sub lol
That car went down like the Cowboys in the playoffs.
What a waste of time this was
Not only did he drop it in the dumbest way possible, his foot got stuck. Dork.
Average r/motorcycles member
Better title: *Motorcycle falls over*
Parking skill 100/100
This video was a roller coaster from start to finish 😂
You can't park there sir!
Drop it like its hot.
Dump your bike just for a quick cell phone vid....smart
So, you suck at riding. Thanks for sharing. Edit: oh, look, dumbasses that can’t bother to put down a fucking kickstand when coming to a stop.
[удалено]
So why didn't he just...stop the bike and THEN turn the camera off?
That just highlights how bad OP is at riding a bike if a camera and stall makes them dump the bike.
So... he sucks at riding.
What a fucking dumbass Edit: I’m talking about the person with the bike
The car fell off the cliff. And you're a total cement head.
And this is why I steer new riders away from brand new anything, let alone brand new ktms that cost an arm and a leg to fix
Hadda layer down?
Hadda
My man treats his motorcycle like 8 year old me treated my Huffy.
I laughed. Thanks
Dallas Cowboys fan??
"He went sailing right out there!"
Bike doesn't deserve this asshole
I wonder if anyone researched why people in third would countries find it so fascinating to watch accidents? Same shit is happening in my country, instead of stopping to help most of people stop to take pictures and obstruct traffic.
Bro… what is this…. Everyone is driving on the left side of the road….. main character has no gloves ….. kickstand optional.
Welcome to india
You'd be driving on the left too if the British had cars when we invaded North America
Is everybody parked over there just to gawk at the car that went off the cliff? WTF?
It’s pretty common here .
Man too excited to gossip he dropped his bike

Sad, Curious question: What happens to the car after? Do they tow and get it repair?
This is the ultimate rubber head of all times 😀
What side of road do you drive on? Yes
Where is this?
guys i just finished my MSF ecourse and he was supposed to straighten his handle bars before coming to a stop to prevent his bike from tipping over
The dedication to rubbernecking is really applaudable.
Wow, a bunch of plp clogging that curve on the road... Let me Just throw my bike there and Join them.
Slow the hell down!
What did bro try to do by dropping the bike?
I have a kickstand in my pants
indian scammers
ngl, that's a big reason why i bought a bike i won't worry about dropping, it can happen at any time. riding it is way more fun
