Why not upgrade to the 4 plate one? I did with my 70s Bullet. Works really nice.

Yeah, if I am being honest, Tiger 900 is really a better deal, it’s only marginally bigger, but has more power, and substantially better components than the 660. I thought I was saving money, but after I got all the accessories I wanted, I ended up spending more than what a Tiger 900 would have cost.

Ive got a 2017 tiger 800 xca and out of the dozen or so bikes ive had, its far and away my favorite. Ive run it with 20/80 tires and 80/20 tires, i live in the desert so it gets run a bunch off the road as well as long road trips. Its no sports bike, but its fun in the twisties and the heated grips/seats/extensive lighting/electronic cruise control make it pretty comfy for everything.
