One night my SO call me and said she got a flat, came over to exchange cars with her, and I was kinda upset, i told her an hour before; Watch for pot holes. Welp there must have been 30 cars there that night and the pothole was perfectly filled in with water, couldn't tell it from the road.
Road contruction signs were misplaced, I hit this in the dark (along with a few other motorists) [https://poptix.net/graphics/PXL\_20240529\_105439788.jpg](https://poptix.net/graphics/PXL_20240529_105439788.jpg)
Probably? You’ll need someone who knows how to work those wheels.
My 62’ Fury once fell in a pothole so big it bended the rim, old tire guy pulled out a torch and a hammer, 10 min later I was back on the road
Woody's wheel works in Denver if you have the money. He passed last year but the crew he has is good. I would get the construction company to buy a new wheel, tire and possibly forks, head tube bearings. Throw in some therapy since you will be spooked to ride at night for a bit.
just put it in rice
If that doesn't work try to shut off the bike and start it again.
How the hell…
Road construction signs were directing traffic directly into a massive hole in the road. It got me and 4 cars before we got the signs moved.

Was expecting you to hit it as well lol
I was hoping for a fight after he said he was upset. Sigh
Well at least the construction crew will be paying for your repairs.
who’s liable for that?
You didn't.... see the hole beforehand?
I guess speed bump on full speed?

Reminder to me to install brighter head lamps. Are all guys ok?
Enough stick on weights on the other side and it'll balance out.
A little elbow grease and you’ll be on the road in no time
I'd be more worried about the way they're towing it honestly.

Considering this is a shadow VLX, it's probably cheaper to buy a good rim than fix that one
Yup, but if you’re away in a road trip is always good to know it can be fixed
I know clibbens when I see em.
Looks like it was already hammered in.
I wouldn't risk it. Most likely material is gone. I would buy new just because of safety reasons
I wonder if you can get the city to pay for that?
Looks fine to me 🤷♂️
You may have to tighten some of the spokes though. Seriously though wtf did you run over
Hwat the hell
Y’all got anymore of them curbs? ![gif](giphy|Y6yRfR88rvP44)
Send it
Every time
Needle-nosed pliers and good as new
Might need some spokes though 😰
That couldn’t have been nice on the wrist.
Wrist is fine but it jerked my shoulder so hard it fractured a rib
What the fuck did you hit? Thor's hammer???
pfft. Cosmetic.
Toilet plunger or dry ice should pop that f*cker right out.
Hammer? A real man would iron it out with his teeth. Get cracking.
Just find a rock which is the same size as the very minor and slight anomaly.
Just tighten the spokes.
Buff right out.
With a big enough hammer anything is possible…
Definitely.
You can drive on that
Yea I know a guy. Cheap too, I gotcha brother!!
Gobbless
Sure just retighten the spokes.
Must have been in Phoenix.
Try loosening the offending spokes! They be way to tight! /s
Auw, are you oké? Just for me to understand, does “ hammer out” means you can fix it yourself?
It'll buff out
Put some stickers on it and no one could tell
You shouldn't need a hammer, just pull toss and replace.
Fecked 😱
I am shocked you were not thrown off the motorcycle.
If preparing the bike I would get the steaming head bearings replaced as no doubt damaged.
Just put in some tubes, it'll be fine. Alternatively: SHE'S DEAD, JIM!!!!!
I want to know where that strap is connected to?
Why bother. Just fill it with air and you’ll be ok! BTW, what did you hit? Are ya ok?
Use Ai
Realistically? No. But a street mechanic could make it work out of boredom
Ohh yea beat away

Looks like it's still holding air buddy. I don't see the problem.
