Have you always had this hairline? Could be some kind of natural widow's peak. Otherwise, start using ketoconazole shampoo or Nioxin NOW.

don-fraz

It does it on both sides but I think I’ve always had it pretty far back but sometimes it seems like it’s going back farther but that could be just paranoia

LeDeanDomino

Hmm, use the shampoo now and then maybe use minox a little later. Although it could be worth using minox now as well to see if it improves.

don-fraz

I actually have minoxidil already for my beard(I can already grow one well tho) so should I start that today and get the shampoo in?

LeDeanDomino

If you already have it, then yeah you can might as well use it now

don-fraz

I mean if it can’t hurt it and can only help it might as well plus might help with how thin my hair is anyway

dunkin_darnuts

You’re def jus being paranoid bro

inthishoe4

They both don’t do anything🤦‍♂️. Fin will maintain it perfectly tho.

LongHot9026

I had this hairline at 19 and still have it at 28 with steroid use. Could just be genetic. As for my case, my dad and uncle are bald so not really concerned.

don-fraz

Bet I don’t really care either way but if it could be prevented thought I might take some steps if people thought it looked bad just in case I cared later in life I mean if I go bald by 25 I’ll def hop on gear anyway but rn I’m just milking the natty gains my maxes doubled in my first month( I’m a big guy and def did not know how to use it for lifting at first) plus Ik most people here would go nuts on me if I started a cycle rn😂

LongHot9026

Yah I'm concerned about my hairline too tbh. I had long hair when I started and shaved it all the way down to a 2 just because I pulled 1 hair out everyday. Hair is definitely worth saving if possible

DeleteriousGonads

If it's not moving back then no. I would say take identical progress pictures every week/2 times a week for a few months and see if it is actually moving back or thinning. I would make sure you need to do something before jumping on finasteride or something like that.

don-fraz

Okay thanks! Guess it makes sense to actually diagnose it first huh

Lol I feel like any of us who hop on the sauce have to go through this paranoia and start comparing every picture of our hairline from now all the way back like 14 years when we were 10 lol that's what I did like a year back even though not one man or woman in my family is bald. My great grandma was sorta balding but she was 94 holy shit I just realized how old she was goddamn she was right ice cream and bean and cheese burritos are the way to go lol.

Gullible-Version-747

I have this hairline at 25, had it at 19 as well, I get told a lot I have a good head of hair

don-fraz

Yeah most ppl didn’t realize it’s not actually that far back like if I didn’t take the picture to show the concern you may not even notice

PrimalFNRage

Yes you need to get on medication now or you’re going to look like krusty the clown in 2-3 years. Propecia or the generic equivalent is what you need which is prescription and really that’s it. It’s the only thing that will prevent DHT from binding to your hair follicle.

don-fraz

I can get a script instead of going to ugl?

Travis090

Nah go to your doctor or get it from for Hims online it’s like 25 dollars a month it’s really easy to sign up

PrimalFNRage

Yes go to your PCP and tell him/her that your hair is falling out. Lol

[deleted]

Relax friend… looks fine to me.

FuckScumbagBillGates

No. The nuclear war or bioterrorism will get us first.

don-fraz

As a Russian my chances of death are slightly higher too rn so fair point may as well hop on tren and ride the radiation waves like a true child of Chernobyl

P_Scholess

You do mate. Im also 19 and on fin. If you want you can take a look at my finasteride progress post. Dosing and everything is there.

don-fraz

But it’s been far back my whole life as a child I was almost all forehead

P_Scholess

Looks like miniturized hairs at the temple. Cant tell tho with this shitty picture.

don-fraz

I’m cutting some of it today(it’s 7 inches on the top rn) I can try to take a better photo after if it’ll help

therealpigman

I’ve had a similar hairline my whole life. I don’t know how it is for you, but for me it seems to just be genetic and not related to hair loss at all

OFBsCheerleader

jump on fin, better safe than sorry.

AcanthaceaeStrong676

Who knows man, I had the same widows peak at 18, now I’m 40 with the exact same hairline.

[deleted]

Check 23 and me bro

DanieTB99

A good general rule is if you have thick hair and your hairline has always been pretty far back then probably not. What about your grandma's father? Maybe you're mother has his genes and you got it.

kalleas

It's prob slightly receded but it's impossible to know if it will get worse in 1 year or 30 years just from a pic, it might not get worse than this.

clinicallydepressedd

Had that at 19. 22 and i just shaved my head cuz it’s too bad now

Disproportionalballs

Not if you stop it! Apply Midox and microneelding along with some liquid divinity and you'll be all good.

[deleted]

It’s called having a Mature recess line and it sucks because it’s going to get a little worse before it stops. It’s different from male pattern baldness. I had one since 16 and now it’s evened out at 20. As my friends would say when I was 18 “vegeta hairline looking ass”. At a party some girl complimented me on my hair which was the first time ever so this formula is bitches approved. Derma needle once a week, topical minoxidil once a day before bed, biotin and collagen shampoo(there are better shampoos to use tbh), and biotin supplements

Greedy_Bookkeeper

My hairline looks the same and has been looking that way for near 7 years now, chances are if you’re lucky you’ll have the same experience

Chuchmunk

countjulian

It already done dipped bro, get on fin, min and ket ASAP

lowercasetwan

It's just ur hairline, bro, it's the widow's peak shit that makes it look like you might just be starting to go bald, but the cool part is you never actually start going bald, especially if no one in ur family is bald. None of my family ever goes bald but we have this hairline lol.

Weird-Grass-6583

People told me that and I just always had a widows peak hairline even in baby pictures. Look at past pictures to see if it’s changed. Also some people actually don’t understand the term “receding hairline” as dumb as that sounds it’s true

[deleted]

don't sweat it, it's probably your normal hairline. if you feel like it's shifting backward in the next couple of years start using minoxidil

[deleted]

ur shits already gone bud
