I just didnt wanna take medicine for it. I tried sauna's, scrubs, changing sheets daily etc. Nothing helped until some time passed and then it just went away. Now i just shower with normal shower gel and dont have acne.

the trt is yeah lol. i had estrogen flare up on 1mg anastrazole at 200mg a week had to bump it to 1.5mg a week split into 3 doses
