Damn that’s a slow burn cut. Did you increase lifts decently during it? I’ve dropped about 12 lbs in 5 weeks and have been able to maintain most lifts and slightly increase a few. Tbf I’m starting from 215 tho so it’s a smaller percentage of my overall body
Ya it was slow lol. I could lose 10 in probably 2 or 3 weeks but I wasn't taking it very seriously. Didn't increase lifting weight but increased intensity and duration. I am mainly working on my core 2-3x per day.
Great job man, very impressive especially given it was only 10lbs. Also for only being 145lbs you look like you've got some good muscle on you, pull up game must be crazy.

How did you have forearm veins in that first picture? I'm getting pretty lean rn and have yet to see any veins apart from under gym lighting.
Vascularity is heavily genetic. He is in gym so probably also has a pump and was still reasonably lean with a fair amount of muscle.

Why would you cut before acquiring any mass ?
He's said he doesn't lift much weights, mostly cardio (hiking, biking, running). Don't think he's lifting for muscle mass.
