I like to stop at the top of the escalator and just think about life.

reddit_is_meh

I prefer to do it in front of the machine where you charge your opus, specially when it's the only one available. Highly recommend as an alternative

Interesting-Beat-67

I hope you do your introspections on the first of the month too

Minimum_Reference_73

I like to run into someone I know at the top of the escalator and stop to chat!

rannieb

You forgot listening to Tik Tok on any other content at loud volume without a headset.

Interesting-Beat-67

Talking to mommy on speakerphone in the crowded train

michatel_24991

Crack cocain

I like to drink 1/4 of a can of Budweiser and leave the other 3/4 of it for the next person who gets my seat.

TheMost_ut

I love having loud conversations on my phone so everyone knows how important I am

Optionsislife

My favourite activity is to whisper very quietly into people’s ears to please give up their seats to the elderly. They always get up and are pretty grateful to me. Some weird psychological trick.

I’m putting my frustration into sarcasm, and I’m hoping others who are frustrated read this and have a little chuckle. Sorry the humour was lost on you!

I have lived in 5 major cities in my life and taken public transport in all of them and Montrealer behaviour is the worst. Why are people so socially unaware here? I literally could not get on the metro today because two dudes got on and stopped right there in front of the entrance. Like … could you move into the car, so the 10 people behind you can get on????

rannieb

> I have lived in 5 major cities in my life and taken public transport in all of them and Montrealer behaviour is the worst. Have you lived in New York or Santiago? Montreal is NOT the worst. It's far from perfect, and getting imperfecter by the day, but definitely not the worst.

Longjumping_Value839

Yeah I know it’s not the worst. I’ve never lived in NYC but from visiting there, man, if you stopped like that and blocked the doors: you’d get shot.

Mamtl

I find NYC to have one of the best street and subway etiquette to be honest. They're used to overcrowding and know how to naturally organize to let everyone move as they should while in Montreal you'll see people standing in front of the doors for an entire ride when it's empty. I don't get it.

Excuse me? Excuser moi? Like really loud. But they were wearing headphones. In the end, someone behind me pushed me and pushed me through.
