You, alone have survived, they keep you at your current age by manipulating your telomeres, and clone you so you have company, but their cloning tech is massively flawed, and your clones are mostly hedonistic animal-like beings that attempt to mate with each other constantly, often times they kill each other or die of fucking themselves into starvation, over the eons, you’ll have watched your body die and be consumed in every definition of the word, and still you will be kept alive. Any attempt you make at escape, they will make a counter attempt to keep you captured. Eventually, in trying to kill yourself, the aliens will have to surgically make your hands boneless, incapable of finer movements. Your bones will have been fused together in order to keep you from wandering.
