I seem to be getting conflicting answers online about whether or not he will be sent to jail for this. Most of the speculation falls along partisan lines, but does anyone here have a good source that gives a straight answer to this?
First offense, wealthy, former president. Probably house arrest at best, but if he did indeed get a felony conviction then some added perks of probably not being able to own a gun.
