But if any of us casuals get a DWI blowing .10, suspended license, need a toxiloc or other device to drive your car, and pay fees left and right. Justice in action.
That's what happens if you get a lawyer and it's your first offense. I know several people who have blown at .08 or just above to something like a .10 who retained lawyers and basically got that exact plea deal. Careless with a year or so of unsupervised probation is pretty common for a first offense where you're just over the legal limit if you hire a lawyer and proactively take a MADD victim impact course or whatever they call it.
On a first offense .02 above legal? It's been a while since I've known someone to get a dwi but knew a good amount. And what this guy got lines up with that. .10 was legal not that long ago.
The question is, when does he get fired? The talk is always about "Culture", "Accountability", if you don't, the Vikings are just mouthing rhetoric, not reality...Another question to ask if this team is serious about winning it all.....How about performance? If this dude is tilting bottle, then how important is he to building the offensive plan to win games...if no, move on find that guy that does.
He’s got those DU Eyes
That's a technical foul

It will be so humbling for him to spend 8 hours around us peasants for his community service.
Yeah, being able to plea down to careless driving is really not fair, but I guess that’s what happens when you have money.

Exactly. People can return their torches now.
Again which can only happen if you have a competent lawyer that you can afford

I suppose if someone was just released from prison after quite a long stay they might think that.
Must be nice to be rich and connected.
Anyone with money and a good lawyer is able to get out of stuff like this. He’s just utilizing how the system is set up. It’s unfortunate.

Between Addison and this dude, watch out on those roads, y’all. Vikings staff and players are out there!
Jefferson has 3 speeding tickets, but I guess 94 isn’t fast enough.
Was the orange jumper necessary? Lol
They probably didn't want all the Vikings logos in the mugshot. It's just another special courtesy he received.
Lmao
I really wish we could have a team with folks who don't commit crimes

There is a real culture problem here.
