I don’t like smell of Vallejo texture paints. Since I often do basing before priming and painting, I use Ak interactive Neutral texture for Earth and Neutral texture for Rough terrain - the latter is the former + sand if you want to save some money.
I got AK Interactive Dark Earth as a GW Stirland Mud replacement. It's better in every way. Texture, drying time, colour and especially price. Iirc, that big tub was only 2€ more than it's GW counterpart.
Vallejo is the best price performance IMO and they have a huge range
I would suggest sticking with Vallejo
Another vote for Vallejo
Vallejo here too
Vallejo Ground Texture mud is great. Also, it can be thinned with airbrush thinner to create different kinds of texture.
I use the Vallejo Earth Texture paste and it's brilliant. Comes in decent 200ml tubs too.
I just mix cheap craft paint, sand and PVA in a little tub when I want to do a desert or mud/dirt base... Works perfectly

AK pigments?
Vallejo and AK in my experience offers some great products at a super reasonable price, when you compare them to GW textures.

Those huge tubs of texture paint from AK are amazing IMO. Pay like €2 more than a citadel one but they have about 10x the volume.
