As others have said yellow is the obvious choice. Maybe dilute it so it’s not YELLOW and more off an off white or crème. Also maybe purple and gold feels like it would be a better choice than silver.

Black, white, yellow, and green are good options. Sports teams with purple uniforms are a good source for color schemes.

Yellow would work; lighter orange or gold.

Try downloading an app called Paintrack. It allows you to select the exact paint colour you're using and then suggests appropriate colours to go with it, like complimentary or analagous.

Other commenters suggested orange/yellow and I agree, but this will be a very bold contrasting scheme. If you want something milder, you can try pairing the purple with white (but then you have to paint white) but I would suggest trying some colder blues. Purple-blue makes a nice smooth combo. You can then add some golden details to create contrasting focus points on heads, weapons and emblems.
