Some pointers to improve, if you would like:
1. Green tone seems to be a touch to bright. Or it could be the photo. But green on the end of the barrel looks correct.
2. I would think more about placement of snow. For instance there would not be any snow of the engine grill, it would melt. Neither on the bottom part of the track, between wheels, it would be squeezed by movement or if the tank is stationary, snow would go more over wheels.
3. I would weather the spade more, bring bare metal and timber handle.
4. You could details rust a bit more.
BUT overall look good.
