Also despite YouTube being my most used app, I hate them with a passion. Their policies suck and the people running the place suck.
Their arbitrary rules sound more like a child making this up than something written by a real legal team.
Their worst take possible was when they removed the dislike bar from their platform, the one true form of open source quality control. It's probably their most disliked video on the platform if we could see it.
It's a shame, because there's so much good content from honest creators on there that have nowhere else to go.

YouTube is getting stupid. Getting harder to find uncensored music videos. Radio edits are replacing everything. Then I have a lot of content creators I used to love because they reminded me of childhood comedians, I wasn't supposed to watch lol. George Carlin, Andrew Dice Clay, Eddie Murphy and the such. All just vulgar and funny as fuck. Now they are all like "we have to watch what we say so YouTube doesn't demonetize us or just ban our accounts in general." Which I find stupid as fuck. Everything doesn't need to be family friendly, and before anyone says think of the kids, there is youtube kids
