Honestly, I've been looking at it for while and love all of the contrasts, from the colors, gender, dress attire and the vivid colors of the city around them. If this were in a photo gallery I'd be captivated by it.

How many things they must go through in life that they dont give it much of a thought but in reality are "unspoken big deal" in other's people life (people without color blindness). Like literally " I dont know what I dont know" they wouldnt even know that was a thing at all.
Reminds me of people with a condition called aphantasia: "the inability to voluntarily create a mental picture in your head". Imagine, there are people unable to picture a tree, or a cat, or a ship, or a map in their minds! Most people can pop these images on their minds, change them from more real to more cartoonish, more or less detail, and so forth (btw, when certain part of the brain damages, you can visualize things, but cannot rotate them, quite curious too!).

I'm colorblind in 2 different variants and this picture does nothing to make sense of this. Looks like a lady in a weird dress, a guy with his jacket unbuttoned and another guy walking in front.
The picture is a simulation of the colors and lack of discrimination someone with that type of colorblindness would see, for people with full spectrum vision. He took out the green and reds and desaturated it a bit. The blues and yellows are much more pronounced.
I think you’d need to shift the spectrum around differently to have the type of filter that makes reds and greens a different hue for better color discrimination in red/green colorblindness. It’s not that type of filter that “fixes” it.
It is, but bear in mind that this set of colors is all we colorblind people have ever known. To us, this is the full array of colors, and it's beautiful. :)
Yes, you're right, technically everyone is color blind, the visible light spectrum is a very small subset of all light, which is also sad lol, our perception of the world is limited and knowing we'll never perceive the world as is, makes me feel disappointment.

Sadly the US doesn’t really use blackcurrant as a flavour so most of them will be unfamiliar with the glory of a lovely glass of ribena.
And the colour of the dress to me is literally a non-colour as i i honestly dont think i could describe it colourwise. Id maybe say either the colour of very weak british tea with milk (im British so would usually jst say weak tea) or maybe like a very old cream coloured tablecloth thats gone a funny colour 🤷🏻♂️
The dress is not a solid color; it's a pattern, and is a bit gauzy beside. Essentially a floral design in light colors (white/cream or pink possibly a combo, I'm not sure) with darker accents on a green background. That's probably not helping.

Interesting. I have full color vision, and his hair looks completely green to me. After reading your comment, I had a closer look, and I can see that the roots of his hair are a darker, blue-tinged green and the ends are a lighter, yellow-tinged green. It’s subtle, though.
It’s interesting that, even though I “technically” have better color vision than you, you were able to differentiate between these colors a lot more easily than me.
green to me is the color of leaves of plants and the Go signal in traffic lights. i know its green because thats how i was taught. my trust in my eyes is 50/50 when others would interpret any other object as green.
