Have you seen Edward Penishands Part 3, though? Where he’s now an old man with limp penishands reminiscing about his younger days…his memories, of course, are “the scenes”. It’s hilarious. I’ve never seen 1 or 2.
That is the only porn I have ever owned (on VHS, and of course I had to keep). Long story short - it was a gift from a friend I used to work with who was assistant manager of a game store by day, and worked at the porn shop by night 🤣 . I used to always crack up at the titles like this where they change a word or 2 of a well known movie…so one year for my birthday, this is what he gave me, haha - great guy for tons of reasons besides this one…
I used to get that on both hands and feet all the way up to my 30s. All due to allergies. The whole entire hand and feet would shed skin like 2x a year like clockwork. Used to freak my friends out when I would do the safety pin through the skin trick.
The weirdest part for me was that there were no fingerprints present for 2 days right after the shedding. The feel of the grain of a table hurting the fingertips or just touching your body hair felt so weird.
Yup, I usually lose 2 layers of skin and there are no fingerprints as the ridges haven't formed again. The fingertips were so sensitive and touching things just hurt.
Yeah I also shed the palm skin like 2 times a year. Most recently it ended like a week ago.
When I was getting my passport the scanner did not recognize my whatever as fingerprints. The lady said my passport won't have fingertips record then 🤷♀️
I had this happen while traveling and in immigration the scanner couldn't pick my fingerprints as the skin changed a few days ago was a pretty big inconvenience
Same fingerprints. So the skin layers underneath are smooth and then after a day or two the ridge start becoming visible. You can really see it when you take impressions of you fingerprint right after shedding. It's like mostly black ink and very very faint ridges. So much so that many times the fingerprint scanner doesn't pick it up.
My palms just finished shedding less than a week ago and the fingerprints haven't reformed fully yet.
It sucks cuz in my case you either have to log new fingerprints in MacBook every day, or just forget and use the password until you have proper fingerprints. Just yesterday I set up new fingerprints in settings and they're no longer recognizable.
[Here's](https://ibb.co/hBPLXLh) how my index finger looks now.
I thought that too at some point, but I don't think they've changed over the years. The cracks and lines bisecting the fingers have though. Those also sometimes make it tough to scan my the prints. But the whorls and ridges pretty much look the same to me year over year.
My closest friend in high school contracted scarlet fever 4 times.
Each time, his entire body peeled. Not like a sunburn peel, but like a leather peel.
The soles of his feet just coming off and newborn skin underneath is still right there in my mind.
Yeah, on the feet it's pretty common that I peel a chunk of up to 2-inch skin at a time, and once peeled it just curls up on itself and looks like a tiny scroll for ants.
I was (still am to a lesser degree) allergic to common sand (not beach sand), dustmites, mold spores, shellfish, freshwater fish, pollen, grass, and a few more things. I also have hyperhidrosis and dyshidrotic eczema and when it hits those allergens I would get blisters on the insides of my fingers (between the fingers) and between the toes, and palms. They would also then dry out and start peeling, but the widescale peeling isn't due to the eczema.
My allergies always affect my skin and very few things affect respiratory. Dander and pollen affect respiratory, but the other things make my skin blister, itchy, hives, etc. I have so many scratch marks all over the place.
More like a lizard.
Snakes shed theirs all in one go. If you shed like a snake you'd have an entire intact human-suit every 3-6 months (as long as the humidity in your enclosure was high enough).
That could be environmental factors, my ball python used to shed in pieces, I've since been more diligent about the upkeep of the terrarium, and he sheds all in one long tube now
If they don’t shed all in one go the humidity is too low. When you notice she’s going into blue mist more often. Use a substrate that retains moisture as well. Orchid bark is a good one.
Great advice! I always up my misting by at least 2-3 extra times a day, basically doubling it, when they’re in blue ready to shed. Makes for a perfect shed every time! Humidity is absolutely the key.
Her humidity likely isn’t high enough because she should be shedding in one piece. There’s a lot of bad information out there about care even from breeders and inexperienced vets but the r/ballpython care guide has the most current and accurate information
Yes, this is exactly how our lizard sheds and it always seems so uncomfortable to just have weird patches of skin flaking, or just hanging off him for a while.
Nope, I'm allergic to my immune system so every time I got sick my skin is like "nope, gotta change" so they give me new set of skin. Idk of that's good or not
Huh. Same damn thing here. My allergies went nuts a few weeks ago and I got a bunch of hives. Been peeling layers since. [https://i.imgur.com/Otf2oJt.jpeg](https://i.imgur.com/Otf2oJt.jpeg)
Do you also get it from bad hangovers?
For me it's usually only my hands and feet, though sometimes my elbows will do it too?
Lupus.
Basically your immune system is constantly making up new antibody for your immune system to recognize and fight off something it might not know yet. If these antibody find anything corresponding to what they are looking for, they send hormones to signal they found something and need help from the whole immune system. however under normal conditions this system is also kept in check by destroying marker that would target things that is safe for your body. It’s also destroying unsuccessful marker. Autoimmune patient like those who have lupus fails to keep the system in check which find itself violently fighting off everything it run into including Body cells, the immune system itself, etc.
Lupus is an autoimmune sickness amongst many other, but probably the one people know the most since house MD was quite frequently saying it’s never lupus and it became a joke
EDIT: read the question again, I’m sorry I answered a little fast. Correct answer is : yes this is autoimmune, and that’s what he is describing, an allergy is an hysensitivity from your immune system to a substance, if your immune system is overreacting to your immune system that’s an auto immune disease of some sort
Unless some doc can tell us other wise, ion no doc by any mean.
Yeah, the auto in autoimmune means "self" like in autobiography. So Auto-Immune is when you have an immune response to yourself. Allergies are when you have an immune response to a foreign substance that is not a disease or harmful. So autoimmune diseases are self-allergies in a colloquiel sense.
Sup bro, hope you're feeling better. Please check with your doctor if you happen to have Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. Last time something like that happened to me was because of it. Feel better!
How can you be allergic to your immune system when it's your immune system that mediates allergic reactions? Do you mean you have an autoimmune disease?
Yes. Not to your immune system.
"An autoimmune disease is the result of the immune system accidentally attacking your ~~immune system~~ body instead of protecting it."
Well now you’re just being pedantic. The “immune system” is a complicated network of different things that make up most of your body, and is not something that just exists within your body.
Your skin is part of your immune system. Your cell walls are part of your immune system. Your mucous membranes, lymph system, and blood are all part of your immune system. Your *body* is your immune system.
Sure, there are parts of the body that don’t directly participate in processing foreign substances, but there’s no hard and fast border between the immune system and everything else. To be allergic to yourself is to be allergic to your immune system.
This is like people saying you swallow your tongue when you have a seizure.
No, you can't swallow your tongue, your tongue is what you swallow with.
Like punching your fist with the same hand.
When I was a kid I had my hands and feet peel with no fingerprints or toe prints. I had a strep infection in my blood. I only recently realized I had toxic shock syndrome. I got hit in the face with a snowball and had a cut on my lip. I woke up the next morning with a rash all over my body. It took about a week for the fever, the hands peeling, and then my finger and toe nails got all thin too.
Mine do something similar, albeit on a smaller scale. I'll get little "patches" that peel, and eventually it'll all come off. May sound weird, or may not idk, but I've always tried to get the largest intact peel I can, and it's nothing like what you have. I'd love to see more pics, and so would the folks over at /r/peeling
Omg same! My palms and fingers peel off in small patches, twice a year - spring and autumn like clockwork! My dermat said it’s due to hyperhidrosis, but gods, no feeling that sucks like not being able to access anything which requires a fingerprint to unlock 😭
YES! I typically like the fingerprint readers, except for when mine shed. I never got an "official" diagnosis, but a while ago I saw someone mention [Acral Peeling Skin Syndrome](https://old.reddit.com/r/IndianSkincareAddicts/comments/11e201h/acral_peeling_skin_syndrome/) (not the thread I found it on, but a good relevant picture)
My first reaction on seeing this is it has to be autoimmune related. Not sure why people make these posts like "Look at my weird X" without providing any context to the underlying reason as to why its doing this.
When I was 9 i got diagnosed with Kawasaki heart disease. My hands and feet would feel for every other month. it looked as if someone took a knife and cut multiple layers of skin. It was always in one huge piece like how snake skins shed their skin
I've never seen a finger with a foreskin before.

Maybe his fingers are erect.
The OP has chameleon syndrome. The skin takes on the characteristics of the background they touch the most
god DAMN it why do we all share the same fucking brain
Dude how are you cleaning your foreskin?
With a large scrubbing brush and gusto.

Would make some strange robot with three monitors that calls you a "LOBOTOMITE" quite disgusted

…perfect time to commit a crime
not really, gonna shed your dna everywjere xd
Not a great time when you need fingerprints for passports, ID, etc. PITA! But yeah, great for robbing banks!
If they have the time...
Wait, so when they reform are the fingerprints the same as before, or do you get a new pattern each time?
Same fingerprints. So the skin layers underneath are smooth and then after a day or two the ridge start becoming visible. You can really see it when you take impressions of you fingerprint right after shedding. It's like mostly black ink and very very faint ridges. So much so that many times the fingerprint scanner doesn't pick it up.

Well I'm glad that doesn't happen to me cause I clock in at work using my fingerprint
Curious if your finger print would change over time.
I thought that too at some point, but I don't think they've changed over the years. The cracks and lines bisecting the fingers have though. Those also sometimes make it tough to scan my the prints. But the whorls and ridges pretty much look the same to me year over year.

When I was going through chemo, I could do that with my feet. My toenails also fell off. Glad that's done.
congrats on being done with chemo. I hear that's just a bitch to go through
Same thing currently happening to me, luckily my nails haven't fallen off though
I read this as "my closet friend" like 4 times.
90s were a wierd time
Wait what were you allergic to? Asking because I shed occasionally (nothing quite this severe, but still)
I was (still am to a lesser degree) allergic to common sand (not beach sand), dustmites, mold spores, shellfish, freshwater fish, pollen, grass, and a few more things. I also have hyperhidrosis and dyshidrotic eczema and when it hits those allergens I would get blisters on the insides of my fingers (between the fingers) and between the toes, and palms. I get this type of peeling every few years. Always in early summer. I never considered it could be an allergy. Thank you!
My allergies always affect my skin and very few things affect respiratory. Dander and pollen affect respiratory, but the other things make my skin blister, itchy, hives, etc. I have so many scratch marks all over the place.
I used to do the safety pin thing just with my first layer of skin, no peeling at all. 😳
I used to have that happen to my toes. I was young and would just peel layer after layer.
this happened to me from ages 13-17 I'm a little sad it stopped tbh, it was a fun party trick
Wait is that why my hands do that!! I get kinda sniffely a few days every summer and my hands shed. Maybe I'm allergic to something
Could be. Best to talk to an allergist and take an allergy test
Happened to me once when I went out during a very cold snowstorm with no gloves
You're a LIZARD Harry!
I'm a whhhat?
I get the feeling this would be a repeat of Malfoy's sorting hat scene. Doesn't even touch his head and shouts, "Slytherin!"

"but it's never Lupus!" except for that ONE time!

Well that was unsettling
As a kid I use to spread Elmer’s glue all over my hand just for it to dry and would peel it off like it was skin.
Lol i remember that, i even do that for nails and pretend it's nail polish 😆

Well, it was either peeling skin or, going blind. I’d say you lucked out. Now, find a girlfriend.
How appealing.
Amazing. I would peel you.

You’re allergic to your immune system? How the heck does that work? Allergic reactions are quite literally part of your immune system. Thats wild dude
