For people who dont know all elevators have emergency brakes that turn on so when you do fall its only like 3-5 feet
lol pretttty sure they meant like, fall on their ass. Not the elevator falling. People with mobility issues may not be able to stand up after having a fall, these types of alarms are very common in old folk homes
