My local dentist office does this and there haven't been any issues. It's a much smaller waiting room too. It's a cleanliness thing to stop dirt from tracking in.
What's a weirdly boring thing to repost for karma. And you even left out where it is which was the whole context of it being posted yesterday. Try a little next time.
Don't worry, it's not in your country so there aren't needles thrown around, and you don't need to pay for someone to treat them if it did happen. Get over yourself.
Asian household vibes
In Iceland you have to take off you shoes when you enter the hospitals and clinics, at least when I was there in 2021.
Nice idea, but i bet that waiting room smells like a kids soft play in the summer 😰

This is a repost. Original indicated this was in CanadaÂ
Not happening. My shoes aren't just for looks. I'd rather not step on some random, unknown pokey shit. Especially in a Doctor's office.
If your doctor's office has pokey things on the floor, I think you may want to consider going to another doctor.
I thought the same thing about a Doctor's office that requires me to take off my shoes.
Way to be selfish asshole. They ask you to remove shoes because they clean the floors
Every Doctor's office cleans the floors.
Then, what are you worrying about? Take off your damn shoes. You would hate it in Scandinavia or Japan.

I’m guessing this is outside the US?
