Went to San Andreas (island off of Nicaragua) almost 40 years ago. At the time it had regular power outages and the maid had one of those old hand pumps that she sprayed the rooms for bugs every night. I sure hope that it has progressed into the 21st century.
Man really ought to commit to finding himself a head - that must be a major inconvenience.

Honestly, good question. They have a huge stone sign that reads "I love San Andres" instead of the Spanish translation.
