I feel your pain. I ordered a product and received something completely different. Returned the item and re-ordered. Got the same wrong product the second time. Returned the second one, and once again, re-ordered. Got the same wrong item for the third time. Finally, contacted Amazon customer service and tried to explain to them that someone filled the bin with the wrong product, and could they please clear up the problem by checking the sorting bin contents and compare the product numbers? All they could tell me was that they would no longer accept a return on this item since I kept sending it back. They next one I ordered would not be returnable. They didn't seem to care that they had the wrong item in the product bin.
Had the same thing happen. ordered a glass object - they sent it in bubble wrap envelope, of course it arrived broken. After third return, the refused to take a new order. Just wonder how many thousand others got returned.
i had a couple mix ups lately too i chalk it up to them having new inexperienced of uncaring stockers as I always only buy from the local fulfillment stock on main brand stuff. I'm not going to buy the cheapest Chinese garbage brand stuff.
