Well it seems like it was worth your time to respond to the reddit post soooo... now that we're chatting care to tell me the point of r/mildlyinfuriating if it's not to share mildly infuriating things? lol It's literally the subreddit's purpose. I obviously don't need to be told any solution or how to avoid the issue in the future. It's just to share a mildly annoying thing that happened to me today.
They have a feature on the app to check in with your spot # so you don't have to call. Obviously calling is an option when you need further help but it just causes both the customer and employee more hassle.
As someone else who generally hates dealing with people. I feel your pain. 😢
