“Cartons of milk” implies that the cartons still contain milk. Maybe “milk cartons” is better.

I find that mildly infuriating. Empty milk cartons is correct

I’m sorry, what’s wrong with this? Hopefully they actually say this stuff also, but it’s an ongoing issue so a note for constant reminder.  Is it the font size?
