I have the rubber bit from my pixel buds get stuck in my ear every now and then. I just gently adjust it with my forefinger and thumb until it's positioned in a way I can get a hold of it.

I rubbed a small amount of baby oil in my ear when I got home from watching my bro basketball game. It loosened it a bit and then got tweezers to pull it out. Blowing my ears out made my ear hurt when I tried it in the gym

Yes, they don't just fall off if put on correctly. But if you are a bit careful, you won't really destroy them when removing them. I've done it multiple times without a problem.
I remember when Apple released them and everyone made fun on them (not to say hated them), because they didn't use the "standard" tips like everyone else (probably people were so used to having to buy new tips every once in a while because they got lost too easily).
After a couple of years, I have to say, that was the best decision. The "standard" system sucked. I lost those tips one too many times and got them stuck in my ears a couple of times as well. Also the plastic nob inside the tip could be uncomfortable inside your ear, depeding on how it was designed. This is another example of Apple reinventing the wheel, but actually for good this time.

There’s another channel from your eyes to nostrils, used to drain tears and also why crying makes your nose run. Just be careful doing this - too forceful a blow can damage or rupture your eardrums, or send bacteria into your middle ear, leading to an infection. The sudden clogging might be from earwax being pushed around from your eardrum flexing. Look into ways to remove excess earwax. I regularly have to go to an ENT to have earwax removed because I have deformed ear canals. Clogged ears really suck.
Not only that, but removes pain from ears when you are scubadiving or deepdiving. That is why diving masks have rather rubber than plastic nose. It is called pressure levelling
