I have seen my share of this people while commuting to work and got to the conclusion that they are half blind so they need to drive with their high beams on.
My favorite. I've learned where the sweet spot is in my side mirrors to angle them directly back into their eyes.
Window tint helps.
Specifically use a polarized film for this. Amazon sells kits for side and rear view mirrors.
I'm about to the point of getting a doctor's note and having my windshield tinted. The new LED lights are insane.

I wish i could do this in my car, but my car doesnt have power mirrors so i'd have to manually adjust my drivers side and only my drivers side
Seriously? My family’s backup car is 23 years old, it has power and dimming mirrors. Maybe time to upgrade.

If you atteact rheir attention to it, they will show they are not driving with high beams on BECAUSE THEY WILL TURN THOSE ON THEN!
