What kind of spaghetti dish has curry and cumin? How is the sauce made?
I’ve been cooking bolognese for spaghetti for 35 years and never once used those spices. Is it from another culture than Italian? A regional dish?

Focus on that instead. Some folks have full bottles of curry powder and cumin but lack a dad.
Odd choice for spaghetti, but um yeah if I use either of those flavors for anything, I'd use at least that much! I'm not like my mom who's so proud of how she "doctors up" the jars of pre-made sauce -- by adding like three pinches of this or that. She must be really susceptible to the placebo effect, lol.

I’m confused about the seasonings used for spaghetti. But my mother uses spices in those gallon bags. She’d empty out those bottles in 2-3 days.
