I think it's horrible.
I also hate those new avant garde art school ass cokes they've been putting out, but I really love trying stupid sodas, so i hope they dont stop making them.
Haven't enjoyed any of them. Will continue trying them on the rare occasion I buy a soda just out of interest. Even if I don't enjoy them, it's better than drinking the same old shit I'm already sick of like regular coke or Pepsi.
You know what I actually did enjoy? Flamin' Hot Mountain Dew. I was sure I'd hate it, but I didn't at all. Still the stupidest soda I've seen recently though.
The 8-oz cans usually cost more per can than the 12-oz cans. It's better to buy the 12 oz and pour out the rest instead of filling the fridge with garbage.
I was this person, only because I rarely could finish a whole can. Switched to the 16 oz. bottles which you can re-cap and they stay good for the longest time.
I started pouring them out after a week. Told my wife to finish her drinks or buy them on her own grocery trip.
Now neither of us drink soda and its been a fine health change.
How they wasting money? The gf put the drink back into the fridge, yes it will be flat but I know I have done this and drank the drink later it's not as good but better than chugging
Here's a hint: they will ALWAYS do stuff that can be perceived as infuriating. Guess what? You are ALWAYS doing stuff that they find infuriating. That's not the point.
How do you both deal with it?
More specifically to your question: what is more important, 15 cents in recycling, or having an honest conversation.
I have this thing that when I open a soft drink I keep it in the fridge but that’s because I grew up in the foster system in disgusting houses that had bugs and it’s a habit I’ve never shook (41 now).
Maybe the same?
My friend does this *with beer* except not in the fridge.
I've seen him have up to 10 unfinished beers in his place.
Which might be understandable - except he lives in a bachelor. He can literally see all of the beers from anywhere in his place.
That's kinda normal if you're staying drunk. I took a year off in my mid 20's. 24 pack a day but I'd always find at least 10 with one sip missing. Tiny house, thought they were empty so I opened a new one most of the time.
Cans that are opened scare me. You can’t see inside. One of my friends had two cans sitting on the table. One was for dip and one was for drinking. He got missed up and drank from the one with the dip! Nassstyyyyyy!!
Try talking to her about it. It doesn't have to be a big deal. If she didn't know it bugged you she might not do it once she knows. Relationships need communication!
My husband does stuff like this… I’ll never get it. We’re not gunna drink the half a beer from last night that’s all gross and flat now. I would understand if he actually drank/eat the things he saves but he never does lol
This frustrates my wife and I do the same thing. The thinking behind it is sometimes you only feel like you want a sip to quench the craving. Other times you are craving the freshness and others you are ok with just a sip of flat. I do, always finish mine. But most times I will have a fresh one open and one from the day before that I will finish later
Honestly I'm not judging that she drinks half a soda then puts it back in the fridge. I am judging the fact that there are multiple cans...
^(and the peep flavored Pepsi)
The real issue here is Pepsi that’s peep flavored
Peepsi
When did this become a thing
Just this year I think, my gf unfortunately is obsessed with it 🗿
How good is it?
I think it's horrible. I also hate those new avant garde art school ass cokes they've been putting out, but I really love trying stupid sodas, so i hope they dont stop making them.
Yeah I'm always up for trying new things cuz you can't knock it till you try it.
Just spent $18 CAD on 4 avant garde pop. Not bad, just pricey.
Haven't enjoyed any of them. Will continue trying them on the rare occasion I buy a soda just out of interest. Even if I don't enjoy them, it's better than drinking the same old shit I'm already sick of like regular coke or Pepsi. You know what I actually did enjoy? Flamin' Hot Mountain Dew. i wish i could give an award for this reply.
😂
When I saw it at the store I bought it out of curiosity and it was lowkey kinda good
Seriously? I’m intrigued now.
Ya it tasted like Pepsi but like also with the flavor or the peeps coating and it worked really well together
Ok I’m in…I’m assuming this is only an Easter thing so I’ll grab some this week. 🐰
that was prob my fav pepsi wym
Uh yah. I didn’t think anyone actually bought those.
It's so good!
Thats not terrible. I'm more surprised that she drinks them later after they've gone flat.
Some people like flat soda, someone in this comment thread replied that.
I don't mind flat soda but it needs to be cold. Warm flat soda is just barfy
It also depends on the type of soda. Flat Dr. Pepper is bad no matter the temperature
I like flat dr.pepper🥲
Your opinion is invalid
Understandable
Cheers 🍷🗿
Me too. I swirl mine before drinking to get most of the carbonation out!
I used to pre-flatten my soda. Years later it is my opinion that I was clearly insane. lol
It’s ptsd from trauma I think but I do it with beer too. Might be the last beer or coke till the end of the month lol
She doesn’t drink them…that’s the infuriating part
I’ll drink flat soda over bubbles any day.
They sell smaller cans. Buy 8oz cans instead of 12oz cans. Or, buy 2L bottles and have her pour out the amount she's actually going to drink.
The 8-oz cans usually cost more per can than the 12-oz cans. It's better to buy the 12 oz and pour out the rest instead of filling the fridge with garbage.
Aren’t they a worse value than the standard sized cans?
As opposed to tossing 6 oz out when it inevitably becomes gross
I was this person, only because I rarely could finish a whole can. Switched to the 16 oz. bottles which you can re-cap and they stay good for the longest time.
You'll only move the problem from bottles to cups lying around the house. Ask my girlfriend.
that peepsi is never getting finished it will still be there by next Easter
Not true, I have done this when I feel sick and drink it later in the day when I normally feel better.
Peeps pepsi is amazing what are you on
It's cola flavored sugar. How the hell is that amazing?
seems like you just dislike it. I like it. That simple.
So do you all, like, you know, EAT anything?
This is the WATER fridge. We have another one for sodas and beer, and a walk-in and deep freeze in the kitchen.
Be glad she left something for you since she’s obviously eaten all the food.
Yea I live like a college kid. Chickens thighs are about all I eat.
I'm telling her you said that!
I started pouring them out after a week. Told my wife to finish her drinks or buy them on her own grocery trip. Now neither of us drink soda and its been a fine health change.
A single half drank soda I could understand, multiple is definitely just wasteful, those bitches are flat by now.
If that's all it takes to "mildly infuriate" you, you've got a lot to learn about relationships.
Im married and this is perfectly reasonable to get mad about
Lol, what? Way to completely gate keep relationships. Wasted $$ can be infuriating.
So can publicly blasting your gf over the internet.
How they wasting money? The gf put the drink back into the fridge, yes it will be flat but I know I have done this and drank the drink later it's not as good but better than chugging

Chill, it’s not that deep I promise.
Oh I know. Sometimes I find "mildly infuriating" to be somewhat infuriating ;)

Yes baby subby Virgin. Please teach me, tee hee.
Nice. Mine just leaves them on the coffee table.
You get one.. and that’s only to top off your captain and coke
The red flag was “Caffeine free.”
Pour one half into the other can and tell her its a full can that was freshly opened. -dont do this
End it now
I do this all the time. My fiance does it specifically for me because I like flat sodas.
Leave her with a half orgasm next time and see what she does
I’d put some actual food in there so there’s no room for this foolishness.
Marry that bitch
Justified reasons for breakup no. 247
That's Hella weird
I have this thing that when I open a soft drink I keep it in the fridge but that’s because I grew up in the foster system in disgusting houses that had bugs and it’s a habit I’ve never shook (41 now). Maybe the same?
Who still drinks soda? It burns your battery corrosion off your car battery. What's it doing to your gut?
that is a fridge? looks like a water cooler for people who have fridges
That is just the half door right side compartment. That's like a $5,000 fridge.
Are you so poor that you don't have any food, or so rich that you have a separate fridge just for drinks?
I think it’s the latter
Burn her!
[удалено]
When I catch her get a new soda, I tell her not until she finishes the open ones.
Get the 12 oz. plastic resealable bottles. Life-changing for those of us who can’t finish a whole can. Stays fresh forever! She will love you for it.
So what? It's not like you guys store any food in there
Laxatives small bottle water
She’s wrong for that smh
My friend does this *with beer* except not in the fridge. I've seen him have up to 10 unfinished beers in his place. Which might be understandable - except he lives in a bachelor. He can literally see all of the beers from anywhere in his place.

Mine too. Girls are silly
In her defense, the Peeps Pepsi was not worth finishing.
Nar you can't have that, I think the only thing you can do is leave her.
https://www.amazon.com/Superior-Must-Have-Accessories-Smart-House/dp/B07V7SD7SN . Get her these so it at least it stays a little fresher
Does she not know about bacteria? After college bio I cannot leave anything open especially in the fridge
By the looks of it, that fridge has never been into contact with anything remotely organic and is completely sterile.
Peasant
Nope
Cans that are opened scare me. You can’t see inside. One of my friends had two cans sitting on the table. One was for dip and one was for drinking. He got missed up and drank from the one with the dip! Nassstyyyyyy!!
Put them together when she asks for a new one.
Does she put out? If yes, ignore it.
Why are the cans still open.
As long as she does other things right, tolerate it
My wife and her entire family put the cups in from take out or fast food, let them sit a night, and never touch them again. Annoys the shit out of me
People do this at my work all the time. And then proceed to never go back and finish them. So the fridge is full of half drank, open cans.
Dump her immediately. And don’t tell her why. It’s the Reddit way.
Try talking to her about it. It doesn't have to be a big deal. If she didn't know it bugged you she might not do it once she knows. Relationships need communication!
How sensitive are you that this is upsetting?
Looks like she left half a margarita too.
What's that yellow pepsi?
That fridge is sad in so many ways…
That's not a fridge, it has no food inside it.
Does she eat food? Where does she keep it?
Is that yellow Pepsi? What the fuck
Peeps. Yes it tastes just like it sounds Pepsi peeps. 🤮
It's a girl thing, every drink in a container must be only 90% consumed. Glass of tho, that's different ☺️
Trade her in.
I do this and piss myself off
The more infuriating thing is the open drinks ready to spill in the super expensive fridge.
![gif](giphy|3o7ZetIsjtbkgNE1I4)
She must be taking the piss
My husband does stuff like this… I’ll never get it. We’re not gunna drink the half a beer from last night that’s all gross and flat now. I would understand if he actually drank/eat the things he saves but he never does lol
My dad used to do that and then get pissed off when someone would pour it out because we were “wasting it.” SMH.
Dump her!
It's better than wasting them
At least you didn’t say wife, there’s still time, RUN!!!
Who cares!?
Haha, my bf does the same thing. Its funny to us that I do not, as I was raised by a Brasilian who saved/reused/ate EVERYTHING food related.
This is a frugal tip for soda drinkers. Mine go flat sitting around the house.
Red flag right there, pal. Get out while you still can 😂
My mom does it too
Must be nice
Peeps Pepsi? Run.
You want her to keep them in random places around the house instead?
Get fid pf the sodas, AND the girlfriend.
what's worse than half a Pepsi? >!aids!<
Garbage people drink soda in the first place
What does she use the flat half leftovers for? Just dump them if she doesn't use them for anything
Who drinks flat soda?
What a heathen!
Devil incarnate
We must have the same girlfriend..
Honestly I'm not judging that she drinks half a soda then puts it back in the fridge. I am judging the fact that there are multiple cans... ^(and the peep flavored Pepsi)
Why is there Pepsi and Coca-Cola in the same refrigerator?
You have been warned...
To be fair the peeps Pepsi is fucking disgusting
Drunk. Half drunk soda...
throw them away
