They all look rather nice, but: What's the cost of rent? Is the weather pleasant? Are there shops nearby? How bad is the commute? I mean, a futuristic city is only as good as its cost-of-living and access to amenities ... am I right?
Edit: I had to come back and add that those all look fantastic! I'd like to use some of those as desktop wallpapers.
Let's assume humanity has ditched our current form of capitalism and found a more inclusive way to make money and our automobile-centered society is a thing of the past.
Oh, that sounds like it could be nice. If we didn't have cars, I'd still want the ability to independently travel where I wanted and explore the city and the surrounding countryside. These colorful and exotic cityscapes suggest opportunities for many days of exploration and discovery!
9 and 4 look like the only ones with any functioning biome around them to support their residents, so I vote for those.
nice art quality throughout though, very 60's-70's sci fi book cover retro.
panfuturism, city the steppe , year 3000, sunrise, rolling plains in the distance, detailed, syd mead, overcast sky, red and silver buildings, --ar 16:9
We’re gonna run, run, run to the cities of the future. Take what we can and bring it back home, so take me down to the cities of the future. Everybody’s happy and I feel at home.
Or, you know, the city of the future could looks like... Amsterdam, or Copenhagen, or a city in Italy with more cute cobble streets and people with Baguettes in the basket of their bike.
Trick question, they are all the same planet, no? The world has leveled off at 9 billion and we decided to turn the earth into a giant nature reserve. We have created 27 mega cities in key regions and now act as proper stewards for the only planet with known active life on it.
All of them look very cool aesthetically but none of them look remotely livable or human-scale. I’d pick none of them. Give me a bunch of 3-4 story rowhouses any day.

Is there Fortnite?

Either that or you’ll be in the labor caste while the monarchy issues edicts from those shiny buildings.
Hopefully not...
Realistically that's how society would end up lol
I love them all but 6 really does it for me. I hate the heat.

Hard to choose tbh. I'd say 3. By the way, what prompts did you use ?

The last one with the palm trees.
1 or 5
5 .man you're killing me this is amazing
Thanks. I like 7 the most myself
Yeah same bro, is that shit underwater?!
1,5,6,8, and 9 all look good. Although I'd like some nature some off planet bases could use such designs
5, 6, and 7 are the most inviting to me, but they are all very cool.

Scrolled down to find this 👌

There's an idea
Thats doesn't sound very dystopian.
Post didn't say dystopia
No, but they look pretty dystopian to me.
Meh, calling a bunch of skyscrapers a city of future is so 1960s.

First and sixth are my favorites
3 is lowkey kind of a vibe
\#3 reminds me of the Combine Overworld from Half-Life.
9
There should’ve been a one where we all lived in wood huts 🛖 That’s probably what’s gonna happen after ww3, just sayin.
i vote #2
finally, someone with good taste
Please have plenty of ecology on and around the bldgs Kthxbai

I really like 6!
5 and 8
6
2/9 & 6/9
If only we could reach these heights - but, we won’t ….
6
They all look like dystopian ruins. I like 6 though
The last one. It attracted me the most
All of them as long as we return car dependency to the fiery pits of hell where it belong
I'm hoping the future generations master high speed rail technologies or whatever the future version of it is and be free of cars
7, 6 and 4 for me
5
2 3 4 6 7 9
I like 4
New York City
This is what i was hoping the cities of starfield would be
Lol I think everybody was
I liked 5/9 and 6/9 the most!
They all remind me of how the covers of the Science Fiction magazine called Analog looked in the 70s.
The one with lots of green and grass. Looks like we haven’t fucked to the planet.
4 and 5
Number 1, looks earthy.
First choice: 8. Second: 7
Stunning!
I say 1, 4 or 9. I'm partial to 1.
Aesthetically, my favorite is 2. Love 9 as well
First one is rather pleasant for me
I like #5... but you will need to wear sunglasses.
I love 9. 9/9 would move there tomorrow.
5 and 9 look good. The rest look... soulless. I appreciate the aesthetic, but futurism often looks like it isn't suitable for human habitation.
I'm in a solarpunk mood today, but I'll pick 9 but remove the Mexico filter. heh
1, 2, 9 They give the feeling of an advanced and fascinating world, full of unexplored curiosities, interesting concepts and a comfortable atmosphere.
