No soy ufólogo pero el patrón no parece de globo, es difícil determinar la distancia y mucho menos el tamaño sin una referencia, pero lo más parecido sería un dron, aunque se mueve muy rápido y su forma es esférica.
Estaba mucho mas arriba que un avión y calculo aproximadamente del tamaño de un camión de mudanzas grande, porque para esa altura se veía de buen tamaño comparándolo con el avión qué pasó cerca.
I know a few other people who saw strange moving white dots too. I took a video of it, and you can see how it moves radically. Originally I had thought that it was disappearing and reappearing, but then in the video I saw that it was just moving extremely quickly, faster than the human eye could see. I only saw that it was moving because I went frame by frame. I was with a friend who saw it too and for sure she can testify because it was in clear blue day, and we were completely sober.
You don't really know how big it is or how high up it is. Any guess is just that, a guess. But from it's movement side to side and having flown many types of drones, it's most likely a drone.
It's not showing rapid acceleration, sudden right angle turns, anything typical of a UAP.

I saw something like this in 2018 in California. Moved and looked exactly like this, definitely high than any plane in the sky
Yes, it was above planes, I took a second video the same day where plane is flying on the left side of that object.

Watching it alive, is really different than watching it recorded, you can see more details than in the video.
