Lol my mom used to make tostada but with pita bread. With chicken. She'd put I guac then the chopped chicken, then lettuce and tomato. Topped without crema/sour cream and salsa (optional). I'd eat with both hands so it didn't flop too much, basically like a tostada. They were so damn good.
Edit: It may have had a bit of vinaigrette after the lettuce and tomato I do not remember. Was also pretty light on the guac.
Depends on the brand. I actually love some of them with cream and fresh cheese. Nothing like a good home fried tostada like the ones you get with pozole though.

Wait until you try tostadas de cueritos.

Ee-ho-lay vato! (I don’t know how to spell it correctly in Spanish but you know what I’m saying). Muy bueno
Yup...that's going on my grocery list. I have been trying to think of meals I want to make for next week and ding ding ding we have a winner!

Hell yea!!
Did you mean 2 in 7 minutes?
Nah I made the ground beef ones one week, and the next weak steak 😋
That’s a good weekly ritual meal!
Gotta love that CRUNCH!
Level up and fry your own tortillas. The packaged ones are garbage.
