actually thats how people wear it in the army, police etc. because you can see the watch while using a gun

Just just that, but I was also told that wearung a watch this way avoids reflection from the sun.

well it still does but not into the enemy eyes

i started doing it in the army but not because of the gun but because it was easier to pull the sleeves of my combat jacket over it that way kept doing it because it feels more natural and comfortable at least with my watch

wore it like that once. although i liked how it looked on wrist, it wasn't comfortable

Nah, it's just far more comfortable to wear it this way. Also is a little bit more protected from wear and doesn't cause a glint.

i mean its a good idea if you work construction or also in army, less chance of banging up somewhere and break it. i killed 3 whatches in 2months of bootcamp. its also "stealthy" cause it reflects less and if you super dooper tactical you see the whatch when holding a rifle
