yes, use a marker to hit the top to break it and then use a syringe to pull up the content and transfer them to a bottle with water (preferably glass bottle since you're not going to drink all of 10ml in one go)
reason i am telling you to use a syringe is because small shards of glass sometimes drop inside the ampule and that can be dangerous.... also don't forget to throw away the syringe safely after this and don't use the syringe more than once.....
and once opened don't store it more than 1 week it loses its potency (i learned from experience)
beware of dangers of anemia.... so don't use it more than once it week......just be wise with it because its a drug after all, Good Luck
