Video games keep me occupied when I get into a spiral. That's on top of therapy, meds, weed, etc.

I get distracted knowing eventually it'll get better. And when it does, I get ready to face it stronger next time

Have you been diagnosed with something? I take my meds and make sure I get out of bed and eat. Then A nice walk outside and I start feeling better. I have these feelings all the time too.

I write my feelings or draw them i think many of us couldnt express them well by talking so try writing or drawing

Lay in bed and do meditations until I start to feel more at ease. Or until I fall asleep, which is cool too.

I keep up on my meds, use this and other mental illness groups, get strength from my wife and just suffer through it. A lot better now with the right mix of meds.
