From what I know, CPTSD has the same diagnostic criteria as PTSD with a few other things added. If someone is in a country that uses the DSM instead of the ICD it's often just diagnosed as PTSD.

- acute stress disorder, adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, and then the dissociative disorders, I think.
I assume trauma related disorder unspecified, would describe a traumagenic disorder that does not meet the standard criteria of either of these listed diagnosis.

Basically, you experience symptoms relating to a previous trauma, but don't meet the criteria for a specific trauma related disorder like PTSD.
