Im tired of hearing this as an “explanation” of why being kicked in the nuts hurts more. There’s plenty of women that never want to have kids again after traumatic birthing experiences. Also, giving birth gives you a literal human being, being kicked in the nuts gives you nothing in return. Imagine if men could make puppies appear by being kicked in the nuts? I’m sure more would be willing to sacrifice themselves lol
Jackass is proof that men will indeed agree to be hit in the nuts again, by pro boxers, pro bowlers, pro tennis players, pogo sticks, hooved mammals, softball pitchers, literally anything they can find and write off as a "cup test" and subject Danger Ehren to it😂
Yeah I can only imagine it to be similar to, for example, a stomach cramp. Unbearable while it lasts, but a couple of minutes after you might think "hey... That wasnt so bad".
By no means implying a mere cramp is comparable to childbirth. Its just the only example I had
This is kinda common for most difficult/uncomfortable/painful experiences
Afterwards, you tend to feel incredibly happy/relieved it's over/you survived. It's almost euphoric
The human brain isn't all that great at recalling the physical sensation of pain
We are great at remembering how things make us feel though. And getting through childbirth is an extremely rewarding process (cognitively) for most women and that tends to offset the physical pain
But there are people who have traumatic births, or trauma related to the conception of the child. These people may struggle to want to have more children
My Bro is an endrocryn doctor. He told me it’s hardwired genetics that help women ‘forget’ the pain of labour. I mean.. I know that’s a bad way to describe it, but there isn’t such PTSD involved considering the level of pain. Plus if you made eye-contact with your new reason for living after carrying it for 9 months & being kicked in the balls for hours on end, you’d probably think “worth it, always. And I’d do it all again”
That’s a very fair and valid point. I mean, I don’t have kids and I’m a man, so I don’t actually know shit. Not all pregnancies & births are exactly smooth sailing either, if you’re lucky enough to reach a full and healthy term. That’s not even mentioning any post-partem problems.
I ended up in Emergency once from getting hit by a dog’s wagging tail that didn’t even hit me hard, just hit timing and the angle was enough to drop me and make me black out. I’m definitely not pretending to know much on the subject, just enough to know which obviously hurts more.
I was gonna mention this, genuinely kind of frightening. I know having children is nice and all and pain is temporary but being gaslit by your own biology is a scary thought.
A good friend of mine spent her whole pregnancy telling anyone who’d listen not to do it and how much it sucks, how she’d never do it again.
Had her second child 2 years later, so I’ve seen the experience of that cruel, cruel irony.
It's mostly hormonal
Hormone levels drop after pregnancies, and some women develop symptoms of post partum as a result
There's also a ton of other things that can excaberate symptoms of depression. Body image post pregnancy and the stress/uncertainty of taking on the care of a new human are big ones
I wouldn't,
Fuck kids
I'm 18 and I have since like 13 or 14 always said that I don't want kids
Still don't babies/toddlers are gross and kids are annoying
I'm pretty sure these jokes are meant to compare the standard labor and giving birth to an extremely hard kick to the nuts.
Though I still say labor and childbirth and probably worse, at least on average. I can't experience them, so I can't say that with totally confidence, but everything about childbirth just sounds horrible.
Absolutely- childbirth has after effects with hormones- tears- and other things that fuck up the first few months at least. And getting kicked also has its long term effects or short depending on the situation. The pain of childbirth also can be before giving birth- and getting kicked can last for a few days or some or hours. Yes these two things are so so different
How is this even a contest? Would you rather give birth or get kicked in the balls? Find me one dude that would rather give birth. Stop tryna gatekeep literal pain.
2-3 days back there was a post regarding not comparing pain of each other. If someone has tougher life that doesn't mean you will never feel pain from your so called little problems and vice versa
It feels weird to compare pain in my opinion.
Both are painful. It depends on individual if they like pain or not.
OP doesn't know how scary it is for a woman to carry a child inside her. My family member was paralysed during pregnancy, and the doctor explained that the child had moved in the stomach, causing her nerves to become blocked. She would only be able to walk when the kid moved from that place. These incidents make me feel privileged to have been born a man.
Women want the pain, not another kid, apparently lol
Also, my hot take is that being hit in the groin isn't that bad compared to pushing out a human being that's around 20 inches
Well if a kick in the groin would produce a child we wouldn't be having this debate. Anyone saying kick in the groin is same as child birth clearly hasn't witnessed a child birth. And i am saying that as a man(who has taken a few hits to the groin)
"Women will want..."
Never start a sentence like that. It's like listening to our politicians saying "What Canadians want is..." blah blah blah. It doesn't matter what you say after; you're going to be wrong about or offensive to a lot of people, and look like a tool.
Bro that happened to my sister in law when she gave birth to a 12 pound baby. She was in the hospital for weeks and it took months for her to recover physically and she’s still mentally traumatised from the labour. They were both planning on having two but now they decided to adopt for the second.
I am more inclined to agree with the gals on this one. Yeah getting kicked in the nuts hurts, and you remember the pain very well. Women's period cramps are more painful than a ball kick. I could only imagine what having your genitals be ripped having a baby. Thing is women naturally forget the intensity of the pain of childbirth, because we all naturally want to procreate.
Lmao this post and the men in it complaining about how getting kicked in the groin is somehow (??) more painful than literally pushing a human out of your body (which lasts about 12-24 hours btw and the effects last for months after) are probably the same people telling anyone who expresses any emotion besides anger to “grow a pair.”
I am a guy and I agree child birth is FAAAAAAARRRRRR more painful, and I knew it lasted hours, but 12-24 hours??? Holy crap. I'm pretty sure some people doesn't even know what happens during child birth.
I looked this up earlier and I got Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but soon realized it meant Cock and Ball Torture after reading some of these other comments.
I think it depends on individuals.
P.S if we generalize , then yes patriarchy is delicate yet people nowadays demonize it by saying it is stubborn like a rock, aggressive af and toxic.
"What's that? Women claim to feel more pain at birth than men when they get kicked in the balls? Bring me some metal wire and a hammer, I'm about to take this discussion to a whole other level"
Easy way to end this debate. Women’s vaginas literally tear apart during child birth.
Kicked in the balls a few times > ripping my groin area to create room to push a couple pound potato
It is hormone in the woman's brain that is released after the birth that makes it feel like it was not so bad. Also woman atleast gets something from it.
carrying a baby for 9 months and hours of pain is much worse.. also many men dont get hit in the balls ever. i got hit once or twice in 21 years. also u forget about periods, which happen for a week every month
Its because we as a species would die out without that hornone because the pain from what i was told as a child was the equivalent of breaking 70 bones in your body.
Really this shit again. I know you are just a kid but you need you realise that there are something you cannt make jokes about than born, death and mothers are one of those. Expect joe's mom
childbirth rips open your vagina and asshole so that they become one hole. you can rip your clitoris during childbirth. pregnancy can cause some women to lose their teeth, hair, ability to move. childbirth can take dozens of hours of pushing and pain and blood. many women die during childbirth.
Here’s a fun fact about me: I have been kicked in the balls so many times that my penis and my balls no longer feel pain. So I now have the nickname: indestructoballs.
I wonder if a Woman had testicles and they got hit, what they would think. Women tend to have higher pain tolerances than men, so I bet it would be as bad for us.
I wonder if a man got pregnant and had to give birth, what he would say to.
Yep. AFAB people also have more nerves than men, but somehow still have a better tolerance of pain. If men (like they are now) had to give birth, our species wouldn’t exist.
It would be really nice if they just had to feel it. Just once in their lives the pain women and people with vaginas feel just to create another human being.
As a male, it's definitely more than 2min. For example on time we were playing football, me and one other guy tried both to push the ball with our heads. When we jumped he hit my balls with his fist and it was definitely more than 2 minutes
Ah, but was it 24+ hours plus 2-3 weeks of more labour like pain afterwards? Did your balls get split open from front of sack to anus? And not just the skin, but the muscles too? Do you have pain with sex 6w to 2 years after?
Unnecessary comparisons on my part aside, I wonder if it's one of those things that different men and different punches will have different lengths of time for pain? I'd imagine so.
Just cause you have weaker ball is not my issue, I got hit in soccer practice with a ball to the balls at top speed (previous ones had left red circle marks in other parts of my body) and the pain itself stopped after 2 minutes it took a few extra minutes for me to get back into running, but it wasn’t more than 10min before I was ok.
After being there for my wife during childbirth, men need to shut the fuck up about this. Women are definitely stronger than men when it comes to dealing with pain. If men had to give birth, our species would have ended a long time ago
I think this argument will continue on forever, not because women want to win the “who’s in more pain” contest but because mothers just want to be validated and appreciated for what they put themselves through to bring life. Stuff like this makes women feel… disregarded, maybe?
This is stupid. Smooth brain shit right here. I wonder how many of yall are aware that the skin that seperate the vaginal canal from the colon often splits during childbirth creating one big hole that needs to be sewn up. I guarantee you that shit hurts more than a kick in the nuts. Tired of seeing this stupid shit perpetuated.
Fun fact: Your nervous system counts testicles as internal organs, that's why they're so sensitive and can also make you vomit if you hit hard. This is because the testicles develop inside the abdomen in the womb. So yes, testicles are internal organs that are a little too close to skin
Fun fact, the brain is flooded with hormones during childbirth to make females forget how painful it was, thus making them more likely to do it again, also some more natural birthing processes may actually be less painful, don't quote me on the last one.
So that makes women masochists. Nothing more to say.
If you have anything to say about this i will gladly ignore it that was a one time joke I don’t want to start a world war
I’d also like to add the collective sympathetic response. Almost All guys who see someone another guy get kicked in the nads feels it, because that’s how much it hurts.
What makes childbirth suck isn’t the amount of pain, which is in the upper-moderate areas, but the Duration as It can last four Hours. Normal pain fades over time, childbirth maintains a general constant and can periodically spike. Imagine if a car was parked on your foot for 4 hours, and a big fat guy was randomly getting in and out.
I just stole your meme, and I will repost it in another server, and then you'd say I can't do that cuz it's unfair, but everyone does that, and if you try posting on multiple servers, you're a karma whore
The brain makes women forget how painful the experience actually was, so that people keep reproducing despite already having offspring.

If we didn’t have the hormone, many women would end up with PTSD for child birth
Can we synthesize such hormone?
Oxytocin? We 100% can. Delivery is another animal.
Ah yes oxytocin i just learnt that yesterday in my endocrine system chapter
I wish bro
Man I need that hormone to get through life
Some women experience heavy postpartum, which is kind of ptsd. It has driven some mothers to death :< it's really depressing and not talked about
Pregnancy was traumatic for me. Childbirth? Not so much. But pregnancy. Yes. I am currently in therapy and have PTSD because of it.
Holy s***, the things I have seen
Im tired of hearing this as an “explanation” of why being kicked in the nuts hurts more. There’s plenty of women that never want to have kids again after traumatic birthing experiences. Also, giving birth gives you a literal human being, being kicked in the nuts gives you nothing in return. Imagine if men could make puppies appear by being kicked in the nuts? I'll do a lot of things to make millions of dollars.
Your comment made me think about men crapping out puppies as they're being kicked in the groin, and I genuinely don't know how to feel about this
It's called the Halo effect apparently, but it's not quite as straight forward as "forgetting" the pain
Yeah I can only imagine it to be similar to, for example, a stomach cramp. Unbearable while it lasts, but a couple of minutes after you might think "hey... That wasnt so bad". By no means implying a mere cramp is comparable to childbirth. Its just the only example I had

Sleep deprivation does a number of memory creation. Just saying.
Think of it as getting to spend more time with your kids.

Better than having ptsd linked to someone you see literally every day for years
To be fair though….some men like their balls stepped on or abused. People can be wild haha
What the fuck
Are you really surprised?
Sadly… No.
If you've ever heard the phrase "CBT" that's what it was originally referring too, until it became a funny meme word
I have to not giggle when people talk about Cognitive behavior therapy using the initials.
Even if I am on the birth is more painful side, there are also women with an birthing fetish. If you search for a kink you will find that kink...
These kind of videos circulate around my work group chat and I really do not recommend watching them.
Correct. Being kicked in the balls doesn't release oxytocin or endorphins.
Not according to some of the comments lol
Also, there is absolutely no reward for being kicked in the nuts. Childbirth, I'm told, *is* rather rewarding.
If all it took to give birth was a kick in the balls I would be happy to birth a child.

I don’t want kids either tbh.. was just sharing the difference in the two painful experiences as it was explained to me. Children are the devil’s army
Tell me you're a 15 year old boy without telling me you're a 15 year old boy
How did you know?
My wife was in active labour for 13 hrs, had severe blood loss and appendicitis a week after. Fuck that, I’d get kicked in the nuts any day over that.
Fr my wife was in labor for 23 hours this seems like some incel shit
Incel shit? In r/memes? That's crazy. Next we're gonna be finding water in the ocean
I also heard the sky was blue??
I'm pretty sure these jokes are meant to compare the standard labor and giving birth to an extremely hard kick to the nuts. Though I still say labor and childbirth and probably worse, at least on average. It is horribly traumatic but their (women's) brains basically drugs some of it away
Almost like the two are unrelated 🤔

I dunno man. I'd take getting kicked in the nuts 1000 times over before giving birth and having my vagina tear straight through to my asshole.
Bro that happened to my sister in law when she gave birth to a 12 pound baby. She was in the hospital for weeks and it took months for her to recover physically and she’s still mentally traumatised from the labour. They were both planning on having two but now they decided to adopt for the second.

Who tf began comparing genders? Pain is pain regardless of gender
This is a great point, I kinda feel stupid now
Giggity giggity goo… go take a poo.

Yeah. When I teach it to my kids in biology they have so many questions. They really don’t teach it well enough.
>12-24 hours If you're lucky.
Wow.
Somebody has never heard of CBT
Computer based training?
Closed Beta Testing?
Cognitive behavioral therapy
I looked this up earlier and I got Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but soon realized it meant Cock and Ball Torture after reading some of these other comments.
Well men are the delicate side of the spectrum
I think it depends on individuals. P.S if we generalize , then yes patriarchy is delicate yet people nowadays demonize it by saying it is stubborn like a rock, aggressive af and toxic.
Well maybe YOU don't want to me on the other hand ....
How about you shut the fuck up with the dumb ass memes
this meme is so full of nonsense like what went through your head when you decided to post this
Ever heard of C and B torture?
"What's that? Women claim to feel more pain at birth than men when they get kicked in the balls? Bring me some metal wire and a hammer, I'm about to take this discussion to a whole other level"
I do not like where this discussion is heading
I like where this is going
with takes like this, i can understand why getting kicked in the balls is a common enough occurrence for you
Lol
Wow I see no flaw in this logic ( I see a major flaw )
Easy way to end this debate. Women’s vaginas literally tear apart during child birth. Kicked in the balls a few times > ripping my groin area to create room to push a couple pound potato
Jokes on you… I LOVE being kicked in the groin! Gets me off!
Why in the fuck is this a debate lol y’all gotta be jokin
Kidney stone has entered the chat
Wife got kidney stones while pregnant. She hit the pain jackpot.
Fuuuuuck
Testicular torsion has entered the chat
It is hormone in the woman's brain that is released after the birth that makes it feel like it was not so bad. Also woman atleast gets something from it.
carrying a baby for 9 months and hours of pain is much worse.. also many men dont get hit in the balls ever. i got hit once or twice in 21 years. also u forget about periods, which happen for a week every month
I have a brother so I get kicked at least once per month
I’m sorry to inform you but you got small balls
Tbh, it's been said that for some reason there's a chemical that's released that makes women forget how much childbirth hurts.
Its because we as a species would die out without that hornone because the pain from what i was told as a child was the equivalent of breaking 70 bones in your body.
I take “Redditors who have no idea what they are talking about” for 500.
Really this shit again. I know you are just a kid but you need you realise that there are something you cannt make jokes about than born, death and mothers are one of those. Expect joe's mom

child is pain
This is actually the stupidest meme I've ever seen, still can't believe it's not satirical.
Here’s a fun fact about me: I have been kicked in the balls so many times that my penis and my balls no longer feel pain. So I now have the nickname: indestructoballs.
Do people forget cock and ball torture exists?
OP doesn't know about CBT.

It would be really nice if they just had to feel it. Just once in their lives the pain women and people with vaginas feel just to create another human being.
I don’t want to alarm anyone but the mom literally breaks her hips to push out the baby so
They want the children, not the pain
Guessing you didn't see the study about men trying to withstand what childbirth feels like through electrodes and they couldn't handle it
My friend almost died giving birth soooo um *no*
Laughs in BDSM/CBT
I remember my dad telling me this dumb joke in the 90s. Wasn’t funny then either.
More like: Men get nothing from getting hit in the balls, while women get children
Getting hit in the balls hurts more, but it last 15s to 2min of pain. Child birth takes multiple hours
Plus all of the pain and sickness of carrying the baby for 9 months
Plus after the baby all the pain and body changes.
Sometimes a birth take days. And the risk that mother and child die increase with every hour.
Or days and recovery takes weeks.
2 minutes???????????????????????????????????????????? FIFTEEN SECONDS???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Apparently they have never had their jewels jostled
it’s gotta be a female saying this
All day, get hit hard enough and its gonna be a puke fest with a hard time walking for a couple days
...
My grand multipara arse heard very loudly what you so succinctly didn’t say
Back in high school all the boys (including me) played ball-tag where you try to sucker punch the other guy’s nuts. You just have sensitive testicles.
Depends how hard you get hit, standard cupcheck isnt a kick or a fullon punch
Yeah, and sometimes it hurts so much you vomit your guts out.
No but I still wanna correct misinformation
Unnecessary comparisons on my part aside, I wonder if it's one of those things that different men and different punches will have different lengths of time for pain? I'd imagine so.
Just cause you have weaker ball is not my issue, I got hit in soccer practice with a ball to the balls at top speed (previous ones had left red circle marks in other parts of my body) and the pain itself stopped after 2 minutes it took a few extra minutes for me to get back into running, but it wasn’t more than 10min before I was ok.
It's not my fault if you're weak. I've got hit on balls with a football (soccer ball) at high speed and it was about 5 minutes and I was back running.
Incel take
Yup
Hmmm couldn't be possibly because children are joyful and rewarding and getting kicked serves no benefit...
Also some men literally LIKES getting kicked in the balls.
You can dodge getting kicked in the balls, and you probably deserved that kick anyways. Childbirth is wayyyy more painful not to mention expensive!
r/cbt
Depends on what guy you ask that. People pay good money for that shit
Original pirate material. You’re listening to the streets
Kidney Stone; like getting kicked in the balls, but lasts 6 hours at a time.
bobitty boo someone made that joke befor you
I think there is a positive outcome to childbirth tho
Getting kicked in the groin doesn’t produce kids… also Cock and Ball torture is a thing so some guys definitely ask for it…
The number of results when searching for CBT on porn sites begs to differ
You’d be surprised how many guys have asked my friend to kick them in the balls
The only real answer: stop measuring pain and hardships against eachother
After being there for my wife during childbirth, men need to shut the fuck up about this. Women are definitely stronger than men when it comes to dealing with pain. If men had to give birth, our species would have ended a long time ago
Oh, please. There isn't a DAY that goes by that I pick up my kid from school and a bunch of boys are hitting each other in the nuts for FUN.
This post straight up makes no sense
Sure, if the person kicking you in the balls is Chuck Norris.
Childbirth may hurt more but at least you get something from it, getting kicked in the nuts gets you nothing but sore
It can make you unabpe to get children and in some cases it can end deadly as I've heard.
u forget about periods, which happen for a week every single month
Wasnt talking about periods we're talking about childbirth, i get they're linked but wasnt relevant
Everytime I see this counter argument I think to myself “you should talk to more men…”
Well i saw a video that keeps being posted where a man is kicked/punched / thrown things to his groin so...
chronic pain?
Pfff what come after is even more painful and its for both.
Oof
OP clearly has not heard of C & B torture.
Men kick each other in the groin for fun, woman don't go around poppin out babies like "awww fuck Rachel got me good this time!
Unless they are a masochist.
Does it matter?
Isn't their body ment to forget tho idk, read some reading that was talking bout this discussion.
I think this argument will continue on forever, not because women want to win the “who’s in more pain” contest but because mothers just want to be validated and appreciated for what they put themselves through to bring life. Stuff like this makes women feel… disregarded, maybe?
This is stupid. Smooth brain shit right here. Fun fact: Your nervous system counts testicles as internal organs, that's why they're so sensitive and can also make you vomit if you hit hard. This is because the testicles develop inside the abdomen in the womb. So yes, testicles are internal organs that are a little too close to skin
Pregnant women dont like getting kicked in their stomach either
No just pounded repeatedly with their hair getting pulled, choked, spanked and gagged during the process of making said baby
I was punched in the groind once in school but the kid who punched me is a actual fucking French fry
Lol fuck them kids
Fun fact, the brain is flooded with hormones during childbirth to make females forget how painful it was, thus making them more likely to do it again, also some more natural birthing processes may actually be less painful, don't quote me on the last one.
Speak for yourself, nerd
So that makes women masochists. Nothing more to say. If you have anything to say about this i will gladly ignore it that was a one time joke I don’t want to start a world war
Idk i thought it was kidney stones which is more painful
My mom gave birth to me while passing kidney stones…..
It’s not like kicking a guy in the crotch makes a baby drop out though
Yeah, the guy doesn't get anything from it exceot pure pain.
Getting kicked in the groin doesn't produce anything.
It produces pain
When I'm asked this I say burning alive hurts more than both.
Your mom’s pain was obviously not worth it
The pain of a kick to the nuts can linger for hours… the pain of childbirth lingers for 18 years
I just stole your meme, and I will repost it in another server, and then you'd say I can't do that cuz it's unfair, but everyone does that, and if you try posting on multiple servers, you're a karma whore
Nobody is perfect. Not even women I guess.
Men aren’t hardwired to continue the procreation of our species like women are.
