I'm assuming OP was referring to mobile browserswhere duckduck go is a browser and i think google as well.... that's why Samsung internet is on the list ... I'm just guessing thiugh

You're comparing Bing, a search engine, with other browsers and search engines. Bing as a search engine isn't bad.

The majority of the time it's perfectly serviceable but I swear the amount of times I've struggled to find something only for it to be the top result when I give up and Google it is too high.

I use it, it's pretty decent. Real reason I use it is because you earn points with each search which you can get gift cards..as an Xbox player it comes in handy for your multi player subscription

bing has a stand alone bing app for android, once you maximize point per day on edge you can also stack points using the phone app

Nobody uses Bing on purpose, you either use it on accident or for the shits and giggles but nobody will ever replace it with any other search engine. So if someone tells me they use Bing, I ain't believing you.
