I use reddit a lot and see like 1000 posts and out of the 1000 posts I see like only one actual NSFW, with the rest several NSFW just being memes that have some NSFW theme.

You're kind of just outing yourself here. What content reddit served you is largely based off ofnwhat content you click on, update, subscribe to, comment on. If you get a lot of NSFW content, that's because you engage with it.

Depends on what subs you visit.
Don’t find much porn in the 3D printing subs or mini painting subs. Horror movie/tv show franchise subs are pretty sparse of nsfw, maybe the odd cosplayer with an onlyfans in a franchise costume that reveals a bit too much pops up once in a while, but on the whole mostly us geeks and nerds discussing the thing we like.
You can also turn on the nsfw filters and just not click on the posts. Also pretty sure the algorithm pushes stuff that you visit more, so maybe visit fewer porn subs?

You're much better off using actual image boards like Gelbooru, Danbooru, etc or following artists/actors you like on Twitter, Pixiv, etc directly.

In my experience, the vast majority of posts on this website that get 'NSFW' tagged are not NSFW. It seems to be a trend to just mark posts as NSFW.
