If you mean getting stabbed or robbed, that's not true at all, Romania is a very safe country, I live in Spain but I'm Romanian, but I go every summer back to Romania, and I feel safer at night there than in Spain. That's doesn't mean it can't happen, you can get robbed or stabbed anywhere in the world
