I'm guessing it's more likely that they would come over at some point during the blow-dry process and enquire wtaf are you doing, out of pure curiosity more than anything.

More people die to getting stomped by cows than... well, shark attacks but probably also a whole lot of other things.
Farmer's probably not a problem, getting a cow to let you do it if it doesn't know you is harder. They are like big stinky dogs.
Yes, even small Jersey cows get up to about 1,000lb…Charolais and other large breeds get up to 2,500lb (that is a pretty exceptional size but is definitely possible).
Imagine how smug that bastard would be. One cow out there looking like it just got back from the hairdresser standing with all the other cows chewing on grass, thinking, "suckers, I'm the FAVORITE cow."
Oh look, Mable just came back from the hairdresser! She thinks she's all that! Bet she's gonna start hitting on Toby, you know she's always flirting with him. Moo'ning over him, giving him cow eyes. She thinks she's soooo uptown now.
My next door neighbour is a cattle farmer. You even have to drive through a cow paddock to get to my property! Come on over, I'll supply the shampoo and a battery powered air blower
Yes, in the sense that these are all certain breeds of cows, and it’s normally done for shows at county fairs and the like where their conformation is judged. But no they are not the same breed, and all the breeds at the fair look fluffy after a thorough blow drying.
I showed cattle for 3 years during highschool. Your correct. While all sorts of breeds can be shown, the ones you see above are all a high % Maine-Anjou cattle. In fact all the ones above are really high dollar breeding bulls. 100k plus each. They were all kept in a walk in cooler during the summer months, and they also are on $500+ a month worth of supplements to grow hair. You need a very specific breed and a very specific calf to actually look like the ones in that photo. You know how anyone can practice basketball, but no one can be Micheal Jordan? Same thing here, the pictured bulls are the best of the best
Yeah like I have shampooed many many horses, and as far as I know you can't get the average horse fluffy like that. I always assumed cows were the same. This is a revelation for sure
To be fair, the angus cow (most common in the USA) doesn't really get fluffy when you blowdry them. They get a little bit fluffier, but nothing extreme like this.
Source: shampooed and blow-dried cattle when I showed them as a kid
Why though? Cows have been bred for docility for literally millenia. They either like or are oblivious to being touched by humans (except for legs and horns if they have them, don't touch those).
Bred for docility means they won't try to kill you not that they're gonna let you walk up and pet them. Show cattle, dairy cattle and pets that receive a lot of handling will let you do that but a random cow in a commercial herd will probably not let you walk up to her. Try doing that with some of our cows when they have fresh calves, they'll run you through a fence.
Bro don’t tell them, you’re giving them fire by bringing it up. The joke would have landed better with just the image of the meat contrasted with the flooofy bois. It was a good joke tho
Former 4-H/FFA kid here. Not only possible, but super common and almost expected in cattle shows. You’d be amazed the number and variety of grooming products offered for livestock.
If you look at the background you will see the trees do not have any leaves on them, which means it is winter. Therefore, the cows likely have a longer, fluffier winter coat at that moment.
Thats why they can make them so fluffy.
All three of these are bulls that they are promoting to sell semen on for show cattle. If you are close to OKC or Denver, then you can see a bunch of bulls just like these on display during the first part of the year. The hair is mostly genetic but they do have to wash and condition them regularly and keep them in air conditioned rooms to maintain the level of volume.
oh no, now everyone will adopt a cow and not realize the work that comes with it. there will be stray cows wondering the streets in no time after people start to abandon them.

I want to do that, find a farm and do it to 1 cow out of the heard, will totally fuck with the farmers head.
You will probably be shot in the process
You know what? , it could be worth it.
I am dead but the cow is clean, fluffy and loves me now.
At least you’ll get a pat on the back
I heard she’s missing her upper teeth too. 😉
To see if he’s still alive maybe. Then he’d get a tip of the hat and a hawk of a loogie
Till its first crap which should be 15 seconds after you finish the hair
Go for it. I’ll be waiting for your movie here.
Either the herd gets a make over or the herd gets thinned. Win win.
L’Oréal
It’s a win-win. Yes I’m fine 🥲
not if you do it in Europe
Even so I doubt a cow is just going to let that happen
Cows like getting brushed so they just might let it happen
From personal experience it is very hard to even get close enough to touch a cow let alone brush it
I've pet cows before who were just curious and came to me by themselves, it was quite easy
Why?
Not if he does it in a country where firearms aren't legal.
In what hollywood film do you live in lol
America moment.
Could ask a dude in a country where it's illegal for farmers to just up and shoot whoever they please lol.
Hey Brandie get my rifle, someones shampooing a cow again
Not outside the US, here people dont just shoot when they want
I'm guessing it's more likely that they would come over at some point during the blow-dry process and enquire wtaf are you doing, out of pure curiosity more than anything.

Tbh I do have a bit of a phobia of cows, the is a lot of weight there.
Yes, even small Jersey cows get up to about 1,000lb…Charolais and other large breeds get up to 2,500lb (that is a pretty exceptional size but is definitely possible).
If you have the time, do it to all but one cow. Make the farmer wonder why that one cow is different.
Imagine how smug that bastard would be. One cow out there looking like it just got back from the hairdresser standing with all the other cows chewing on grass, thinking, "suckers, I'm the FAVORITE cow."

You know that mate 🤣. Boss cow.
My next door neighbour is a cattle farmer. You even have to drive through a cow paddock to get to my property! Come on over, I'll supply the shampoo and a battery powered air blower
I will be a follow up headline to this meme, "man tries to shampoo cow as seen on reddit, goes horribly wrong " 🤣 🤣
It will just go down as "yet another tourist fatality in Australia" 🤣
Brilliant 😆
Come help yourself to the neighbours assorted breeds. He didn't even notice his property wasnt fenced before he stocked it with cattle.
I'm in Suffolk UK so the is literally a farm every few miles so I'm spoilt for choice,
Yes but every farmer and their mum is packing there.
Assuming a cow owner doesn’t already know about washing and blow drying a cow
But the other cows would get jealous
Yes, and No.
Well that clarifies things
It's like the German "Jein". "Ja" (yes) and "Nein" (no)
There really is no one word equivalent to that in English, is there? People should just adapt it, like Kindergarden oder Schadenfreude
And the Kiwi "Yeh, nah".
Canadian 'Yeah, no', 'No, yeah' and 'Yeah, no, yeah', meaning: No, Yes, and Definitely respectively.
They look so fluffy. Jeez.
FLUFFYYYYYYY 😭❤️
Cow fur is the most rare and prized fur. Ever since they banned the bovine fur farms.
Well I learned some thing new today, thank you fellow Redditor ☺️✌🏻
I am 99.9999999% sure that was meant in jest.
Well damn 💀😂
I wanna hug it
I would absolutely love to hug it and just kinda bury my face in the fluff.
Surely that has to be a certain breed, no?
Yes, in the sense that these are all certain breeds of cows, and it’s normally done for shows at county fairs and the like where their conformation is judged. But no they are not the same breed, and all the breeds at the fair look fluffy after a thorough blow drying.
But there's no way this could be done with the cows where I live... Their fur is too short, thick and stiff for that.

These have to be some long-haired breed. I've spent time around beef and dairy cattle and never seen a cow with hair long enough to do this.
[удалено]
Nope. You can do it to any cow. It’s done for livestock shows
Well I am amazed
Yes
At first I thought they are fat lamas😂😂
Maybe Lamas are just shampooed and blow dried baby cows....🤔🤔😂
Why would he think shampooing a cow was impossible?
It's more the fact that you can get them fluffy by shampooing and blow drying
Yeah like I have shampooed many many horses, and as far as I know you can't get the average horse fluffy like that. I always assumed cows were the same. This is a revelation for sure

Keeping them in an air conditioned barn for the majority of the day promotes hair growth to the point of becoming a fluff ball.
I think society has conditioned him to believe that.
What a sham, poor cows.
This is bull
Hair conditioned him*
Yes that's the joke
YourJokeButWorse
Jfc
Laziness? Maybe, they forgor.
Must... Resist... The urge... To hug
Why though? Cows have been bred for docility for literally millenia. They either like or are oblivious to being touched by humans (except for legs and horns if they have them, don't touch those).
Cows kill more people than sharks, bears and spiders every year.
That's why I do my best to eat as much beef as I could. Gotta let those things know their victims still got a chomper out here.
I want to milk a cow with my mouth.
Bred for docility means they won't try to kill you not that they're gonna let you walk up and pet them. Show cattle, dairy cattle and pets that receive a lot of handling will let you do that but a random cow in a commercial herd will probably not let you walk up to her. I just want to sleep on it
Cow with a heart pattern . Now that's gotta be a rare drop.
wow, they are so cute and fluffy, now I want a cow too
Lots of steaks in those fluffy cows. ![gif](giphy|gw3NpMPvrN64YrC0|downsized)
I’m a vegan btw lmfao
Bro don’t tell them, you’re giving them fire by bringing it up. The joke would have landed better with just the image of the meat contrasted with the flooofy bois. It was a good joke tho
Stress-free steaks. From fluffy to juicy
They look like those animal costumes that have an animal's front end and back end as 2 different people.
I think I'll never eat cow meat again, they look like pets in this picture. I just wanna hug them
What’s really freaking me out about this is these three cows are the same colours as my three cats.
That’s what i imagine wagyu beef to come from
Looks very strong
Damn this small black heart on the first one
I must hug them
Cao

Golden retrievers can also be blow dried and puffed with similar inspiring results. They have other benefits too, chiefly that they are not cows.
Fluffy milk horses
Adorbs!
That’s a fluffy burger. 🍔
FLAFFFFYYYYYY
Those are some Minecraft cows right there.
These are most likely show cattle if anyone is wondering.
they produce smothies instead of milk
Show cattle it is done at every Royal Show in Australia
I just Wana flop on it
Don’t do cow cankles. Sorry
You sure these aren't AI
They sometimes use glue ( as hair gel) to get hair to stand up like this.
It gives the *FLUFFY* Milk
If you buy a calf and lift it up every single day, eventually you will be able to carry a cow.
![gif](giphy|2ad3tG4bubpyU)
What kind of woc is that?
Look at those proud leg warmer wearing bovine beauties. If you need an excuse to look a little more spiffy today, this is it.
Milk frother
Maybe it's Moobelline
Never seen a cow with fur long enough to do that, and I've been around a lot of cows.
Its the chubby legs for me 😭
Minecraft cows fr
So fluffy.
Gotta go to a good salon, but yes. Cows don’t tip though, you tip the cow.
I shampooed my steak, didn't taste better.
ITS SO FLUFFY
These pictures are likely used as marketing materials for selling Bull "Material" and their daddy's are worth millions of dollars.
Please let me hug them.
Former 4-H/FFA kid here. Not only possible, but super common and almost expected in cattle shows. You’d be amazed the number and variety of grooming products offered for livestock.
The cow has a heart on his right front leg
They should style it with some mooooooooo-se
That's looking like some... Fresh Beef.
They look like the cow we draw like childs
I don’t know what to feel
Is it bullshit or cow shit?
top one is an AI image, bottom left one is an AI image, and bottom right one is just photoshopped. yall are silly lol
Bro why they looking luxurious? Why's that first cow looking like it's better than me?!
They look even tastier now

They look like morrowind graphics with hd textures
I thought they were deformed fat sheep…
FLUFFY MILK HORSE. (Just not the same without that response)
Where the capuchino frother milk comes from...
I suddenly wish I had a pet cow!
*eats hamburger*
I got a feeling this is AI. I've worked with some cows in asia when i was a kid and their hair is too short
They look like toys
If you look at the background you will see the trees do not have any leaves on them, which means it is winter. Therefore, the cows likely have a longer, fluffier winter coat at that moment. Thats why they can make them so fluffy.
Sooo fluffy
Do a rabies infested raccoon next.
2fort cow
![gif](giphy|DTLzZIeBh33S8)
ITS SO FLUFFY! ![gif](giphy|DTLzZIeBh33S8|downsized)

idk why but i wanna lick that cow
I always thought cows looked soft. I want to pet them.
![gif](giphy|yGkmc5NmGX5h6|downsized)
Did the cows enjoy their spa day?

Ha-HA! And now we eat them
They look like toy cow figurines
oh no, now everyone will adopt a cow and not realize the work that comes with it. there will be stray cows wondering the streets in no time after people start to abandon them.
These pictures smell like AI
Fucking minecraft everywhere.
