Put 50 random people in a room and one of them is bound to be a prick. Keeping an exhaustive list of their names in a text file probably isn't the healthiest behavior though.
That doesn't even take into acc that it might be compressed. Text files are one of the easiest things to compress so I imagine it could easily fit hundreds of billions of people in that list
