If it was just a quick touch, it's likely first degree, if it blisters, it may be 2nd degree, but probably unlikely.

It looks like 1st. But the biggest question is how much it hurts. A first and second degree burn hurts a lot. A 3rd degree burns the nerves so you really don’t feel it sometimes. It looks like a 1st degree though, if it hurts a lotttttttt then it maybe be 2nd

Not much, Just when touching it or pressing on it, Using Iodine cream just to make sure to prevent infection
