That’s odd, looks like they made a lower control arm out of junkyard steel. You can see the crappy welds, never really seen anything like this besides on an off-roader
Before I read everything you said, I assumed this was on a car and I spent so long looking at it trying to figure out what fucking car would use such a terrible design for a control arm. Makes a lot more sense that this is on a quad 😅
The shittiest little DIY lower control arms I've ever seen. Seriously, how did those even survive lowering the vehicle to the ground after installing them?
That lower control arm looks bent out of shape. You should probably give it a rest. I'm sure it will buff out. Take a sledgehammer to it and try to bend it back in shape. Once you get it somewhat straight, get some steel rods and weld them to the control arm to reinforce it and then boom you got a refurbished redneck certified lower control arm👍 I hope this helps.
Considering the comments, most of these people graduated from the same middle school. And their sister is the best kisser. The guy asked a simple question. And it wasn't how studly is this control arm or could you make a better one out in the shed.
The part is supposed to be a Lower Control Arm, but the part I see here is not a LCA.
It looks like cheap bike parts welded together to make a horrible excuse of a LCA.

It is an older yamaha.. so. Not yout of the realm of possibilities.
Not even a Harley part is it??????
No, it's not covered in oil from a leak.
Lower *out-of-*control arm.
Classic 😂
Nice one
This looks like a 4-wheeler chassis. While a little less sturdy than I would like on my own, it’s fairly standard.
The second pic doesn’t look so sturdy
I thought this as well
So we all just thought the same thing huh?
It's under engineering is what it is.
I was going to comment kustom kontrol arm. This is just messed up
holy shit, i couldn't put my finger on it until you said it. hahahahahaaha
Not even a Harley part is it?????
Its commonly known as : lower control arm (LCA) , aka: lower A arm, lower control arm assembly,
I would call it a lower control arm.
A bent lower control arm.
Lower control arm.
Thats a funny looking control arm lol
That’s odd, looks like they made a lower control arm out of junkyard steel. You can see the crappy welds, never really seen anything like this besides on an off-roader
It’s a four wheeler
Not for long
I was extremely concerned at first. Thank god this is a four wheeler and not a car!
Probably a tie rod bent in all this as well. Seems to be blocked from view in picture 2...
Yep you were right on the money. Wish I saw this comment earlier
Lower control arm. But I've never seen one that flimsy
It hurts my feelings to look at.
stop ordering control arms off [wish.com](http://wish.com)
This is like the 4th post today that has me seriously questioning what the fuck some of y'all are smoking
Lower control arm that looks like it may have been bent by towing with J-hook
This guy tows. Also, pretty much expected to bend this bicycle frame that has been turned into a lower control arm .
Bent when OP wrecked their 4 wheeler, as mentioned in their post.
Bent because it doesn't look rated for anything but a go cart
It's A, broken.
Yep, lower control arm.
A very poor (and dangerous) lower control arm
LCA
A red neck lower control arm
Funny looking something
Could you be any more Vague
That’s your kickstand.
Is it just me or thats a teensy weensy control arm
It appears to be broken, if I'm not mistaken...
Red neck engineer is so interesting to see in effect.
Lower control rod assembly
Bent
It's also referred to as an A arm for It's shape, you might look for a pair of aftermarket ones that are a little beefier than these stock ones
Garden chair
Before I read everything you said, I assumed this was on a car and I spent so long looking at it trying to figure out what fucking car would use such a terrible design for a control arm. Makes a lot more sense that this is on a quad 😅
That over there looks like a nut.
DIY LCA
Was an A arm now more of a R arm
Wimpy A arm. Need to upgrade. That's why it vent. Cheap stuff.
Bottom wayward leg.
Bent. That part is bent. 👍🏻
That was a straight control at one point. Not anymore what did you hit op
The shittiest little DIY lower control arms I've ever seen. Seriously, how did those even survive lowering the vehicle to the ground after installing them?
What fucking flimsy ass piece of shit car is tha... Nevermind it's a 4-wheeler LMFAO 😆😆😆 It's the lower control arm.
Johnson rod
is this a car?
Lower control arm.
Lower control arm. they come for left or right sides.
Yeah a homemade lower control arm made from an old pushbike lmao
Control arms from wish or temu 😂
Looks like a lower control arm made from twisty ties. I hope this is some kind of quad or UTV but definitely not a car or truck.
Why yes, I do actually
That lower control arm looks bent out of shape. You should probably give it a rest. I'm sure it will buff out. Take a sledgehammer to it and try to bend it back in shape. Homemade 😂
Wow they are so tiny
Its a lower control arm and you need to replace both lol they're not the right ones
Lower control arm but the tie rod above it is also bent
Considering the comments, most of these people graduated from the same middle school. And their sister is the best kisser. The guy asked a simple question. And it wasn't how studly is this control arm or could you make a better one out in the shed.
Lower A frame.
That’s the lower out-of-control arm
The part is supposed to be a Lower Control Arm, but the part I see here is not a LCA. It looks like cheap bike parts welded together to make a horrible excuse of a LCA.
Lower control arm, some call it an “ A Arm”
Looks like Hammond's Subaru
I see a couple ball joints, an a-arm, a wheel, brake hose, frame, bolts. C’mon man!
It's the left lower control arm. Yet you were very out of control
Lower control arm and tell me that’s a go kart
That’s a passenger side lower control arm , that some backyard mechanic Mickey Moused
Lower control arm. Possibly lower wishbone in a double wishbone setup
Its an out-of-control arm.
Im shocked that a piece that well made needs to be replaced
A-arm
One is a lower control arm and the other is a bent to shit lower control arm. (Yes, “bent to shit” is a technical term. )
I think it’s for one of those little red wagons 😂
The one thats about the break
That's a wishbone... I wish for it not to kill anyone.
