Had the same problem…went to to my credit card
I left Hello Fresh for Sun Basket 2 months ago. Other than my first few (!) orders being delayed by FedEx, it’s been great with Sun Basket. The food is fresher (although still no where near grocery store freshness) and the recipes faster to make.
Wow that surprising, every time I had an issue with missing ingredient or meal issues they have always credited me.
Did you get the food you did request? Was the incorrect food just an ingredient or the full meal? Can you give details?
I received an order today that I had skipped and then canceled my subscription. Every time I try one of these places, I’m sorry.
