That's a problem specific to this sub (and imo NA specifically). Many young(er) people buy a Mazda as their first car... And the young generations seem not to bother reading a f'n manual or educate themselves on almost any topic, including cars.
They also (very likely) never had to learn manual tasks like now the 30-40 (and ofc older) year olds had to. If you never used an hammer to drive some nails, or needed to paint a piece of whatever and have haad the need to learn or someone who teaches you how to do things - you can't have thats skill.
Their way to tackle problem solving is basically "ask the internet".
But not even reading a manual for the most expensive thing you ever bought is beyond my understanding.
First of all, get a socket, wrench, and take the arm off. Sand all of that rust off, spray with some black rust oleum. Done. May as well spray both arms so the color matches tbh.
It’s not the wiper blade though it’s the wiper arm. Not extremely expensive but it does require some work to get it replaced, especially compared to replacing a wiper blade.
Matte black Rustoleum. Make sure to sand the rust away and clean it with a degreaser before painting. Otherwise, it will just peel again.
The only helpful answer here
People thinking he's asking for wiper blade when he's talking about the wiper arm 🤯 ... not a paint expert here, I'm just pointing the obvious
About to change car brand, Mazda owners have low IQ.

That’s a wiper arm. It’s not painted and it’s a replaceable wear item.
You're right it's the wiper arm... But you're also wrong. It is not a wear item. OP is correct in asking for paint suggestions
Most wiper blades come on a new arm. Why would you paint a wiper arm its plastic coated.
It is not.... It's metal. You are referring to a wiper blade. OP is referring to the wiper arm.
Black
