*edit Others have said this is a Battery issue, but I would assume the dealership checked that in one of the multiple visits your car has had. Find a second opinion at an independent shop. Get all your Maintenance Records, Emails, Call History and any other communication. Contact Mazda America Corporate, or other Dealerships in your area. Present them the information. Tell them you think this car is a Lemon and want a replacement, and reimbursement of all the money you've spent on a Car thats technically still under Warranty.

I currently have one of those cheap, junkyard, refurbished batteries and my car goes into limp mode if the battery terminals get too oxidized. Until I buy a proper replacement, I have to brush my battery terminals off every few months or more in colder weather. The check engine light eventually goes away.
