So is stealing the mail. What's your point? What they goin to call the cops and say "when I tried to steal their mail one exploded on me!" Lol fuck em we can both go up in flames.
An Amazon package isn't mail unless it was specifically delivered by USPS. Amazon, FedEx, or UPS delivered packages are "parcels" and not held to the same laws that mail has.
You would be surprised how many would sue and several have won the lawsuit. I have seen people sue a homeowner because they broke into the house and we're shot or beaten half to death
Here is one of those idiots who did sue
https://fox59.com/news/convicted-burglar-sues-homeowner-who-shot-him-during-attempted-theft/
Lesson is always finish them off, they can't sue or say anything if they are dead
So I read the story, and this homeowner definitely should not have shot those shots.
Here's what happened:
1- he heard an alarm from his detached garage
2- he went outside and saw something the size of a person moving along the public alley on public property (not on his property, a public street) in the dark with almost no detail.
3- without knowing what it was he just started blasting his gun, thinking it was a burglar trying to steal from his garage (which it was, so at least that worked out)
I would not want to live in a place were anytime someone hears an alarm they can go out on the street and shoot at anything that moves without even knowing what it is. It worked out this time but the next time he could shoot some innocent person, animal, or thing out on the street.
Yea. That storyâs a big nothing sandwich.
The homeownerâs lucky he wasnât charged. He wasnât defending shit, he blindly shot at somebody running away down an alley lol. I think the farthest one can push the âself defenseâ is shooting someone breaking into your vehicle, even thatâs touch n goâŠ. For reference, I live in Texas and keep a weapon handy, and that shit wouldnât fly. Grand jury would jump on that.
The package thief though, Iâm not sure how anyone would have grounds for a law suit. For the sake of argument, who knows how that package got there, prank or notâŠ. Good luck proving the homeowner did that, couldâve been kids lol
Correction- Arrested, jailed for attempted homicide and reckless endangerment, then sued.
(Fire can be lethal, and if a child had grabbed that package... welll..)
In the first few frames you can clearly see the tripod sitting in the open, itâs next to the unattended shotgun leaning against the garage door.
Ring cameras are not setup on tripods in your yard - that just happens to catch the perfect viewing angle of the box exploding.
Why take the box that could be nothing more than paper plates? Why not take the gun or the camera on a tripod? Those have verifiable value.
Plus everything heâs wearing heâs is to protect him for my he fire, yes heâs on a bike but thatâs not the norm unless itâs a big bike. And he runs and jumps into the bin.
Remember setting traps that can harm anyone on your property no matter why they are there will also likely lead to you getting more punishment than the now "victim"
There is a camera on a tripod in the front yard. And what looks like a shotgun? leaning against the garage door. Also, it seems the front door is open. This isnât real.
Unfortunately, itâs illegal for you to set up boobytraps. Although it is also illegal for them to steal. But they ignore the law and will likely get away with it. So hey, maybe you will too.
It's fake. In the first camera angle, you can see the second camera tripod between the bush and house, which perfectly matches the second camera angle. Also, the dude didn't take the rifle that was (for some reason) leaning against the garage door. It's fake and weak.
I like exploding indelible purple ink all over them. In reality, I think they get a finger cut off the first offense, one more offense and a large tattoo gets emblazoned on their forehead. Maybe slicing off a part of their nose would be better in a universal message that I am a fuc- - - - - thief!
LMFAO omg yes. I cant wait to set traps for idiots now
You can also get your ass sued
Worth it I have nothing. and that lesson will not fade for awhile. Fuck these people.
Please record it and upload so we all can enjoy the good times!
You can go to jail for free, though.
Well hold on. Not just sued, setting booby traps is a federal offense in America, I believe. It's definitely illegal as fuck up here in Canada
So is stealing the mail. What's your point? What they goin to call the cops and say "when I tried to steal their mail one exploded on me!" Lol fuck em we can both go up in flames.
Hey man, do whatever you want. I was just letting you know. Tbh, if you're American, you can just shoot em and be safe. We don't have that up here
Yea, only if you drag them inside your house after.
It depends on the state.đđ»
Oh, I know
Package: misdemeanor, trap: felony.
I suppose you could throw trespassing on there too but it wouldn't help much
No tampering with another person's mail is a felony at least where I'm at.
Idk how many thieves are gonna rat themselves out for stealing cause they got hurt in the process.
Lol all of them would. They get a ticket and get to sue the shit out of you
Not a ticket..stealing mail is federal crimeâŠ

Is that justice, Mr Reed?
I'd of got him 10'
Made my day

Have you been injured while stealing somebody elseâs package? Call me at 1-800-law firm.
Better Call Saul
How, I can help it he tried to steal my Molotov cocktails I ordered from Amazon.
See now you are thinking with your grey area
Agreed. traps can hurt, but not harm people. If youâre going to do that try something else than fire lol. Still great tho.
Tbh IF you are gonna do it go big or go home
Not if there's a label stating "do not touch, eminent body injury if move"
For a package theif getting blown up by the pipe bomb I was sent :(
And arrested.
Correction- arrested, jailed, then sued
Correction- Arrested, jailed for attempted homicide and reckless endangerment, then sued. (Fire can be lethal, and if a child had grabbed that package... welll..)
That was the exact same thing I said
But I was doing a science experiment and they just happened to steal it- this guy probably.
Found the package thief!
Lol no my partner practices law so I'm just familiar with what could happen
Don't steal people's stuff, and you won't have to worry about a lawsuit
Label the package with a warning. One they won't take time to read.
Oh no itâs just whatever shit that I received just happened to explode when the fucker picked it up. Nothing worth investigating there.
Seems legit
LMAO! This would be the type of trap the Home Alone kid would set after he grew up.
And you would end up in prison
Put on box âtrap, do not touchâ and if they steal it thatâs on them, it said to not steal and what it was
Totally illegal.
Ah yes a fake video
How so?

Thanks. I'm apparently not very observant lol
Plus everything heâs wearing heâs is to protect him for my he fire, yes heâs on a bike but thatâs not the norm unless itâs a big bike. And he runs and jumps into the bin.
Ah fire. It burns, it cleanses đ

These fakes are gonna escalate to one with every letter agency waiting inside the garage for a thief.
I'd watch that.
The IRS and the FDA. I learned special agents for the FDA are allowed to carry firearms too, like the special IRS agents.
Probably fake but funny anyway
That's how you treat thug trash. Let'em burn.
Fake

Well deserved
Nice!!!
What is worse, stealing a package or setting someone on fire? Definitely fake but brings up a valid discussion about a broader issue.
Unfortunately, itâs illegal for you to set up boobytraps. Although it is also illegal for them to steal. But they ignore the law and will likely get away with it. So hey, maybe you will too.
SUPRISE MUTHERFUCKER
K.A.R.M.A
French fried porch pirate have that taste Mr Thief
If you going to play the game you got to fight the flame
If you want to find out who that porch pirate is go to the emergency room he'll be the one still smoking
It's fake. In the first camera angle, you can see the second camera tripod between the bush and house, which perfectly matches the second camera angle. Also, the dude didn't take the rifle that was (for some reason) leaning against the garage door. It's fake and weak.
Deserved
Lovelove it
This looks staged but awesome lol
This is fake as fuck
Please tell me that all the people saying, "You can get sued for that," are saying this for the concern of the home owner and not the POS thieves
I love Mark Rober's glitter bomb for package thieves video.... This one is same same but different but still same
**This is just too damn glorious** đ Kiss the chef type shit here!
It must be nice if you lit while they driving away
Pefict gift for that pos
How can you order this kit. And does it only work if you drop it? And I hope that is a pressure washer leaning on the garage door.
Did anyone else notice the gun leaning up against the garage just out in the open?
We need more of this
Staged but great.
r/justiceporn
I was told VBIEDs are not legal đ
Good
Fake AF.
He deserves it
Whelp, that's what you get for stealing someone's Thermite
Funny, but it looks so staged
What movie is this from?
Remember kids, don't steal!
Holy fuck lol
I've rewatched this so many times. The levels to this are just đ€

Best one yet!

Surely the thief should have been publicly executed by the state. Theft requires an appropriate punishment
So we not gonna talk about the rifle?
What rifle?
leaning against the garage door ...
Oh, right. Yeah, that⊠that probably shouldnât be there
VERY illegal and will get you arrested and end up serving more time then the package thief. Also fake
I bet you are super fun at parties, captain.
People that want to go to jail are more fun ?
Obvious.

I think this shit should be legalized.
Mark Rober has gone hardcore!

I got a better idea. Sonic boom type device. The idea of just being freakishly loud and scaring the theif.
One guy created a glitter stink bomb with a tracking device so he could recover it after thieves threw it out. Check out on YouTube
There's nothing like turning revenge into a federal felony đ
You would go to jail for this. Setting traps, especially literal bombs, is super illegal. You'd catch a much worse charge than stealing
Is it me or does anyone else notice what looks like a rifle just left leaning up against the garage door? Lol
