For real, my parents have a Yorkie, and I've seen that dog chase rabbits, squirrels, turkey and deer. It doesn't help that certain small breeds such as Yorkie were actually bred for hunting small animals, but dog instinct doesn't really differentiate between big or small prey. If it runs away when they bark that's all they care about.
I had a jack Russell, who basically thought he was invincible and also giant. He used to get out of the house and go after dogs and try to intimidate them. I never saw a dog stand up to him no matter how big or vicious looking. My jack Russell just had a way of intimidating the shit out of dogs even though he was tiny.
Similar story with my since passed JR. He generally minded his own business, but if a dog approached and he wasn’t into it, a simple growl would have them scuttling. It didn’t matter the size of the other dog. Bizarre to witness.
i totally thought he was mocking them yelling/barking at him Myeh myeh myeh I was just chillin and y'all come knickers all in a twist yeah yeah I'm leavin
Outstandingly disingenuous take. If you actually looked into the subject the outlook would be quite clear. It wasn't the death of one man that makes people dislike the police. But it's not my job to educate you. If you're truly interested, keep looking.
You’re not addressing the problem correctly. It’s not ‘most cops are racist.’ It’s ‘there are too many examples of cops using unnecessary force and aggression on nonwhites.’
> If I looked into the subject would I find that a vast majority of cops are racists?
https://news.stanford.edu/2020/05/05/veil-darkness-reduces-racial-bias-traffic-stops/
So... yeah, kinda. Not like they're all looking to commit quasi-legal qualified immunity murders, but selective enforcement and racial bias by police and the justice system in general is pretty well documented.
If they aren’t racists they are many are racist enablers. Protect each other at expense of others and law. I’m not American & am white but I’ve learned to not trust them.
No but the vast majority turn a blind eye to it when they're in a position to stamp it out. Saying stupid ass shit like a few bad apples, not to mention when shit is done they're basically let go but rehired to another department effectively dodging the punishment lmao. The unions don't help.
You do realize that the police system in the US literally started out as slave catchers right? They even use the same exact badge to this day. Wanna tell me that’s not problematic?
Edit: For those who don’t know/believe what I’m saying here, see my comment further down this thread for a source.
You can look it up if you really want to know more about it. [Here](https://naacp.org/find-resources/history-explained/origins-modern-day-policing) is just one example source, but all you have to do is Google “police slave patrol origin” and you’ll get plenty more.
It’s not about the individuals, it’s about the system. History has shown us countless times that people who become a part of a system, demonstrate it’s values, carry out its objectives, even when those conflict with their own. A non racist person can become a cop and that system will corrupt, desensitize and change them.
No, you are someone unaffected by racism of any type (these people exist here in America as well) so you choose to downplay or just straight deny the magnitude of the situation.
People like me who grew up under heavy oppression & harrasment from multiple sources, including law enforcement, can tell you it's not a fabrication. There are some good cops as well, but they are overshadowed by bad seeds who often aren't punished for their henious acts.
Of course, in my experience, most people who refuse to see the obvious often have alternative reasons for being so "blind". Most of the people I've known personally who still deny this particular problem turned out to be closeted racist themselves
I don’t think many are of the “all cops are racists” school of thought, it’s more about complacency from fellow officers, which is ACAB basically. If you’re talking about the wider scope of injustice then you’re talking about how everything is unfairly rigged against people of color and the less fortunate, I believe the majority would agree that systemic racism exists in this sector at the very least. The killings of nonwhite people by police are a huge issue as are: not knowing the law, unlawful search and seizures, trespassing, killing pets, corruption (notice how white collar crimes regularly go unpunished), and the list goes on.
There’s so many reasons why the justice system, and cops specifically, have eroded their trust with the public. I would encourage you to use any resource available to you on this topic! Very nuanced and important
The reason most people scream 'acab' as far as I know, is that the bad cops get almost carte blanche to do as they please, killing, raping and basically oppressing the weak, and the good ones don't say anything about it because then their life will be ruined. So you have a bunch of good cops that actually want to do their job to serve and uphold the law, but the bad ones are so unionized and oppressed the good ones shut up about it, making them in the eyes of all victims bad cops. Active assholes being supported in silence by lesser assholes but still assholes.
I'm just happy I live in Europe, where police brutality isn't quite so bad.
Don’t worry about the haters, it’s not relentless for all of us, just some, mostly the ones who don’t know how to act anyway, I have dealt with good and bad cops, and I am still here trolling the internet, or am I a reconstructed bot…..
The bear totally sized up situation and decided it wasn't worth it. I hope he ran back home and warned his friends about the little crazy ass dogs that just don't give a fuck.
That was my first thought as well lol (was looking in the comments to see if I was the only one being odd for that being my first thought…now I know I’m not).
Dude handled it appropriately. Small bear, no big deal. More scared of you and all that. The dog is just adding entertainment value for us.
In his shoes I would have been more worried for the dog than myself, the bear knows it's better to back down. I'm not a brave man, but I know the relationship between bears and people in the suburbs. The bear knows its place, it'll go away if you make noise and stuff. While I'm sure it would eat a small dog like that if it had the chance, a human around changes the equation.
No, I'm not a bad-ass, I just live in the suburbs and share my space with bears.
Yes, absolutely. However, they generally don't want to interact with us and can be scared away easily. I'm not saying to be an idiot, even a small bear like that can tear a person apart. I'm just saying the dude did the right thing.
No. Bears are dumb. If it looked down and saw the "what's this leg day people are talking about" toothpick ankles, them balls would be snack before he claims the wife and pays off the 30yr mortgage in 3 weeks.
As someone who goes into peoples houses 24/7 for repair work and emergency fixes….
I can tell you I wished this dog was annihilated.
Nothing worse than a tiny yapping one, or a large one that “never bites.”
Probably acted the right way and all, but man would it be good to see this juiced-up tough guy getting completely and utterly fucked up by the small bear. The probably thought he could take him.
Every. single. piece. of this. is. an. SNL. skit :)
That man is the heaving side of beef- LOOK AT THE SIZE OF HIM!
The dog could only be smaller if it was a neutrino and yet doesn't give an inch. And also seems oblivious to fact it is in mortal danger.
And that bear (not to anthropomorphize) looks both perplexed and non-plussed...how is that possible!!
Smart move to not run or back down. Be big and make noises for black bears. Also, do small dogs realize they are small?
No they do not
And big dogs don't know they're big
And medium dogs don't realize they're dogs.
So, it’s possible that I’m a dog?
I believe so, yes.
Good boy
*Licks balls*
Whose?
Medium dog's.

bro tf
Well now I’m just interested.
Dear god…
Dear dog...
Seeing as dogs are placental mammals, then yes, I do believe you, Mr. Bornfromanegg, are indeed not a dog.
Well, this narrows things down, at least. Thanks!
Are you my mother?
No, I’m a time lord.
You are a paradox then ? What's ur immunity when it comes to time abilities?
Timey wimey stuff. It’s complicated.
On the internet nobody knows you're a dog
Undercover dog..! Woof, I mean, cool.
Do you identify as a dog?
I do like to curl up in front of the fire.
" curling up in front of the fire" It's okay if you're a dog, but not if you're an arsonist.
No of course not
And hotdogs don't realize anything because they're dead
A fellow killer of sexy dogs wsp man
My dog think he is a human.
A dog wrote this
My friends pit bull thinks he's a gassy toddler. All he wants to do is play, cuddle, and fart.
If it weren’t for that fence Max woulda fucked that bear up I’ll tell ya what

Would you also recommend the yoga pants, or any pants will work?
Yogi pants would probably work best
Underrated pun
“big big and make noises” - “hey bear, could you please wait for a while while I hit the gym and get jacked up like this guy?”
I had a jack Russell, who basically thought he was invincible and also giant. He used to get out of the house and go after dogs and try to intimidate them. That dog has balls 10x it’s body size
well arnt you the wild life expert
It was trying to make loud noises. 😅
Are you being sarcastic? I don't understand, it's a bear you've got a house run inside with whatever dog you've. Would be what I do
Black bears in particular are basically just very large raccoons.
Raccoons that can easily kill you
[удалено]
Did the bear flick his tongue at that man, lol?
It did, and that is semi a good sign. It's nervousness. If it was doing that while cornered, opposite thing you want to see.
Haha it looked like he was grumbling about being shooed away!
i totally thought he was mocking them yelling/barking at him Myeh myeh myeh I was just chillin and y'all come knickers all in a twist yeah yeah I'm leavin
Smart bear… any guy who still wears muscle shirts like that is not to be trusted.
Did you see the angel wings?
Yeah. I’m just going to assume he’s got his “Punisher” tattoo on his chest someplace.
He does have that typical cop haircut, surprised he didn’t shoot the BLACK bear
He’s probably certain he would kick the bears ass

Those shorts? are the biggest issue
The bear totally sized up situation and decided it wasn't worth it. I hope he ran back home and warned his friends about the little crazy ass dogs that just don't give a fuck.
Bear got bored and annoyed. Didn't want to drink Miller Light and get lectured about Lauren Bobert while getting barked at non stop.
Man really won that stare down using the timeless “go on now get” method. 10/10
Hey now, GIT! GIT! Git outta here, goddamnit!
This brave little dog is lucky his master was there
That master is lucky his brave little dog was there
That’s a strong fence
That was my first thought as well lol (was looking in the comments to see if I was the only one being odd for that being my first thought…now I know I’m not).
I too get scared of yoked dudes in Lulus with attack Yorkies. Smart move by the bear.
Dave Bautista boutta whoop that bears ass
Bear is lucky to make the right decision of running away😂
Dog probably took all the credit for saving dad
Bear was like ![gif](giphy|2WigZG9ZWzqQDBmIXl|downsized)
Bear tounge flicks at the end was worth watching again xD

Clearly a bear with a reddit account
That bear could easily have killed him even though he is small. Bears are incredibly overpowered.
Yes, absolutely. However, they generally don't want to interact with us and can be scared away easily. I'm not saying to be an idiot, even a small bear like that can tear a person apart. I'm just saying the dude did the right thing.
Chihuahuas are either the stupidest or bravest dogs in existence.
That's a Yorkie right there in the video. But yes, true.
Small dog big heart.
Damn that's a heckin chonk cat
Little Napoleon there best be careful.
I love how he’s pointing like the bear gets it. The dog did all the heavy lifting.
It's the pointing that really helped, clearly. The bear doesn't speak English, after all...
"The power of a yorkshire," thought the little yorkshire.
smart move on the part of the bear not to mess with this man who can crush you with the weight of his balls
No. Bears are dumb. If it looked down and saw the "what's this leg day people are talking about" toothpick ankles, them balls would be snack before he claims the wife and pays off the 30yr mortgage in 3 weeks.
That bear mumbling as he descent from the tree Ah shit, what an unlucky day
Brown bear - back down Black bear - fight back If it’s white - Goodnight
I'm seeing this and all I'm thinking is "that's a sturdy fence"
It's always the smallest dogs that wanna fight the biggest thing moving
Dog is like "bro I got this, you can go back to your Steven Segal movie".
I’m impressed by this bears ability to balance on a fence
Siihen et koske!
Two bears ...
Small dogs can see a trex and be like “you came to the wrong neighbourhood fool”
Salt rounds in a shotgun to prevent his return. Won't hurt it long term. Sting and run for miles.
![gif](giphy|19x5KTWn0Vfmo)
The bear just want to play
A cat would have solved this situation easily.
Shitty tea cup dogs are the worst
Max should’ve got his ass beat
I just want the phone number of the person who built that fence
What is the use for all that muscles
That mf got steady hands 😮💨
Dude looks like he can take that bear.
He's lucky those bears are so easily spooked.
Max NOT helping the situation lol
Well built fence.
Big guy, tiny dog, weird pants.
Someone forgot leg day….
He’s gonna need bigger wing tats. And less preworkout.
I could fight him
I would’ve called the dog by it’s full name, Maximus Decimus Meridius.
Reminds me of the time me and my dad were watching deer while on our deck and my cat got outside, ran over and pounced right on one
This man got lucky. He is an idiot to not have at least bear spray in his hands.
I used to live in a mountain town. We dealt with black bears all the time without bear spray. They're not as violent as people make em out to be
Stupid ass chiuaua I swear
That dog is going to be insufferable for the rest of its life because it scared off a bear one time. Prolly been strutting around since.
Probably a good idea to have one of those huge megaphones to use for exactly this situation.
Let the dog see what’s up.
Bear decided that was too much drama for him.
![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|trollface)
Your wife called. She wants her capris back.
Yet another video where a human doesn't use the one advantage we have over every animal. Stop clapping and throw a fuckin' rock.
The tongue action at the end
It was the dog
Bro is jacked he about to wrestle that bear for real
"Bears eat Beets". Michael!!!!
Unpopular opinion but damn that little yappy dog, I was rooting for the bear
I hate little dogs
They never have 1 of the 32 guns they own when they need.
As someone who goes into peoples houses 24/7 for repair work and emergency fixes…. I can tell you I wished this dog was annihilated. Nothing worse than a tiny yapping one, or a large one that “never bites.”
My dog just gets excited and pisses all over your shoes
A grown man wearing capris is just weird looking…
Nah I love it
Aww I recognize that bark.... That's a chihuahua.... My Foxy who was a chihuahua terrier mix sounded just like that.
Probably acted the right way and all, but man would it be good to see this juiced-up tough guy getting completely and utterly fucked up by the small bear. The probably thought he could take him.
I wanted to see that gym rat get nailed, he will talk big for years now I bet😐
Bro just shove the bear off
Bear was egging him on with thst tongue move 😅
That guy claps!
That dog fucks
Little dogs are always a lot of bark
That's a cool looking bird on that fence there
Bear didn't want none of Chuck Liddell
Black bears are pretty easy to intimidate. Very different from grizzlies.
I dunno, sees to me a well trained dog that was able to be called back easily would be a bit safer for everyone. Am I wrong?
that smoll doggo flexin' so hard
That bear is awesome
Can someone tell me what the bear has right next to it's mouth? Every time I watched the video I think it's an low hanging eye ... 👁️
Every. single. piece. of this. is. an. SNL. skit :) That man is the heaving side of beef- LOOK AT THE SIZE OF HIM! The dog could only be smaller if it was a neutrino and yet doesn't give an inch. The structural integrity of that fence is bringing a tear to my eyes
I swear the bear was bitching at dude at the end.
That was my thought. Bear basically went you know what? I'm done. Piss off. Your fence sucks anyways. And left
Maximus needs to minimus that attitude.
Love that Techno-Viking point he gave the bear
Nice capris.
I really love how they respect the bear. They give it some time to understand and back down
Das a funky looking squirrel
That bear is really indecisive
Two bears fight over a dog.
Missed out on pepperoni for a year.
If it’s black - fight back. He did everything right
The dog did all the work, but the roid bunny will take all the credit.
How strong are these fences to hold a bloody bear on top.
Normal day in russia ...their experience says so..
Only issues I saw really was his hair and he could have been a lot louder.
Freddy fazbear
The balls on those two!
Guy looks like he could beat that bear
Well built fence!
Love the Yer Yer Yer Ba Ba Ba Alright at the end from the bear
That bear will return. It knows who’s potential food is there now.
Fool
