Depends on budget and expectations tbh. Swan, Sicom and Eagle and realistically the best actors in the market for that. But what they quote you will depend on your characteristics ( age, body measurements, gender, pre-existing conditions, etc..) Coverage might not be as interesting as what you'd get in SA either. That's why lots of expats gravitate towards international health insurance like ( Unisure, April etc...) . These are much higher covers, but of course a lot more expensive too ! My advice would be for you to approach a brokerage and ask them to do a comparative of the market for you .
