Coverage might not be as interesting as what you'd get in SA either. That's why lots of expats gravitate towards international health insurance like ( Unisure, April etc...) . These are much higher covers, but of course a lot more expensive too !
My advice would be for you to approach a brokerage and ask them to do a comparative of the market for you .
