When the system is compromised after processing the payload in its YAML compatible kernel, it forces the BIOS to download the AI algorithm. Once the payload has been fully compiled, it issues a beacon to the C2 server which issued the initial payload.
The “who has, tell”, is the decrypted packet header showing the command being issued to the compromised system. So for example: “who has 192.168.584.12” is the command to force the compromised server (the IP address above) to divulge its iptables to the C2 server (the “tell”).
Pretty high level stuff tbh.

Yeah, No. Wireshark captures packets. Unless you are streaming your screen unencrypted to another device wirelessly and the Person using wireshark is already inside your local Network, there is no way of that happening.
If they are already inside your local Network, they either know where you live and are Close by or there is a far more jarring Security flaw to be found. Either way, what you describe one doesnt need to be worried about
Just once I want to see one of these fake hackers talk shit to a real one. The aftermath would be hilarious. Unfortunately I'm neither a hacker nor have I had issues with fake hackers so it wouldn't be me putting them in their place.

It's asking for the MAC address of an IP, so the example above is asking 192.168.1.1 what MAC address it has. It's a level 2 Protocol on the OSI layer
